Portsmouth Ford Lincoln is Incredible!

My MKC required a SYNC 3 update, and Portsmouth Ford Lincoln couldn't have been more accommodating. They came to my house, picked up my car, and dropped off a Lincoln Loaner! The work was done in less than 24 hours, and my MKC was returned to my home fully detailed/filled with gas. I can't thank Portsmouth Ford Lincoln enough!

Portsmouth Ford Service Department goes above and beyond!

I arrived near end of day and used speed lane for diesel oil change. Both the mechanic and the Service desk representative ended up staying late to see my service complete. Amazing service, all with an amazingly positive attitude and smiles. These people go above and beyond and I rave about them to my friends and family. awesome job!! (next time I promise to get there earlier!) ;-)

Decent experience

While everyone is really nice at the dealership in sales and service, I am disheartened by the fact that I bought a car from them in Feb 2017 with 15,500 miles on it and had to put the car in for 4 new rotars in April 2017 when the car had 16,700 miles on it. They of course apologized and I paid nothing for the work but I feel it is something they should have checked before the car left the lot in Feb. This was after sales messed up my paperwork in Feb and I had to go back 3 times to get it sorted out. Again, everyone has been super nice but as a consummer this has been a pretty rough car buying experience.

Service was prompt and fast this time around only because we had a schedued appointment. Last time, I waited over 3.5 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Staff was courteous this time. We left the facility and they even called when the vehicle was done. I feel they should offer a courtesy vacuum inside of the vehicle and do a quick wash like their competition.

Service advisor (Greg Pappas) was top notch. You are lucky to have him working there. The repair work done was performed well. There was an issue where I had to come back the following day but it was a quirky issue with the gas gauge that I couldn't blame the mechanic for. So overall good job on the service side. From a Ford perspective though it's getting hard to stay in the family. So far I have sunk almost $4,000 into the PTU issue with my Edge. I realize cars are not perfect but I see so many instance of this online there should have been a recall. After 25 years of buying Fords I will stick with them for my wife's much less expensive cars but my next personal car will probably not be a Ford as I can't see investing in a more expensive car like this again. This was the most expensive car I had purchased to date yet the worst as far as repairs.

Purchase of 2016 F-150 at Portsmouth Ford

First of all, Michael Mac Donald was great to work. He was honest and I felt I was treated fairly. Portsmouth Ford's inventory of F-150's is staggering and in the end, I found exactly what I was looking for! I was happy to deal with a low-pressure environment. When I picked up the truck it shined like a jewel and I was pleasantly surprised that it had a full tank of gas! I work at a large facility and many people have already come up to me and commented about how great the truck looks and I tell them of how great the experience was dealing with Michael at Portsmouth Ford. I will certainly recommend him and your dealership!
