Over the last 9+ years I have leased from Toyota and Ford of Manchester. The experience and customer service at Best Ford Lincoln in Nashua NH was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Kyle was very helpful, knowledgeable; he answered all of my questions with no hesitation. Kyle was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what was expected. Great Service

As a Ford owner I prefer to have my F-150 and Edge serviced by my local authorized Ford Dealership. On my recent No Appointment for an oil change, a Brake issue was discovered by Matt during the multipoint inspection. The Service Advisor Craig, offered to show me the brake pad and rotor condition, I declined because I do trust this the entire service department. Fortunate for me they were able to make the repairs that day. I always choose the Works Package as I believe this package covers all the requirement to keep my Fords in peak reliable condition. Poor service

I bought my 2015 Ford Escape on 7/7. Mark Lynch was my salesman. I was not given a second key, owner's manual or the keyless entry code. When I bought the truck, it Should have come with the second key, owners manual & keyless entry code. I don't have any of them almost 2 months later. I bought my 2008 Ford Edge at Best & I returned to Best to buy my Escape. But after this service, I can honestly say I will not be returning or referring Best Ford to family and friends. I have followed up with my salesman many times & he continues to stall. I have emailed the sales manager Michael Frassica twice, and no response. Poor service all around!

I would recommend Mark Lynch to anyone who would like a professional guidance and assistance in their purchase at Best Ford Mark went beyond what one would expect from a sales pitch to actually assisting me to purchase a vehicle for my son by respectfully explaining the restrictions associated with test driving the vehicle off the Best Ford premises which other sales staff were unable communicate. Mark is a true professional and I would recommend him to anyone on the market for a new or used vehicle.

Parking Spaces too Narrow

In my opinion Best Ford has their parking spaces too narrow in front of the building. People were leaning all over the car I was about to purchase and scratched it so deeply it had to be repainted. They had just tried out an Escape and had way too little room to get out of the vehicle without being against the vehicle I was negotiating on. The salesman just stood there chatting with them without any concern. Horrible situation!

6 YEAR OLD ESCAPE MAY NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION-OUTRAGEOUS

I somehow just lost my story so here goes again. I brought my 2011 Escape in because there has been an infrequent issue when shifting into gear or while in motion, both highway and street, sometimes with hesitation. Gerry and Rich were great. Rich stated that all the tests showed nothing was wrong but my auto transmission fluid was a bit dark, which means that something is brewing. He also road tested it twice and nothing happened. Certainly not Rick's fault, but I would think in this day and age the detailed testing technology would show exactly what the problem is. I am very upset since my car is exactly 6 years old - it was purchased in June 2011. They both told me it may be that I will eventually need a new transmission which will rack up to be about $3500 and my car is only 6 years old?? This should not be happening with a dependable Ford vehicle. I have always been a Ford fan all the way, but I am now thinking that if my Escape does need this work, I will need to consider if I want to sink that cost into the car or if I instead purchase a new vehicle from a different car company. I wanted to let you know that I am not happy with the diagnosis and the potential future cost. Sincerely, Janice O'Donnell

Best Ford Really is The Best

My car purchase started in April when I ordered my 2017 Mustang GT. John Mannas is a great guy and very easy to work with. John kept me in the loop as to when my car was expected to be delivered. The sales manager I was dealing with was Rafael. He is new there but did a great job. Didn't play any games with numbers, was very fair with trade in value, and made sure I left the dealer happy with my new car. Jack in finance saved me a good amount of cash but finding me a better interest rate then what my bank quoted me. He went out to bat for me and hit a homerun. This was the second Mustang I've purchased from this dealership and it wont be the last!

Been going to Best Ford for years. On our 4th vehicle from them. Service has always been great. Prices have always been reasonable and sales staff has always been respectful. On several transactions their finance people have been able to get us better deals than we could with our own bank.

Brought my fusion in because my blower motor was making a rattling noise and vibrating my car the higher I turned the fan up. You service department diagnosed my problem and ordered the part. Since the part was not going to be in until the next morning Carol in service was able to provide me with a rental for the evening. Picking up the rental and drop off the next day was easy. Carol made each step in the repair process painless for me. The mechanic left my car clean and in nice working condition. Best Ford will be my choice for future repairs

I had a paid off lease and was attempting to use it as trade equity at another dealership. When the dealership attempted to contact Best Ford to get a buy out price on the lease so they could purchase it, they were unaware of how to do that. My sales rep called Best Ford 3 times before finally reaching an employee who advised they would not allow another dealership to buy my lease. I subsequently bought my new vehicle with zero equity for a trade because Best Ford refused to cooperate with another dealership. I lost $4k on that issue but then figured that I'd bring the lease back to Best Ford after and while turnin it in they would buy it off of me and I'd make up for the loss there. I was simply told not interested. Very disappointed and frustrated with my recent dealing with Best Ford.

Outstanding Employee Performance

I have to say that Carol, in service, has gone out of her way to accommodate date each of my service visits. She has assured a rental is set up and waiting each time I've had to bring my car in. When there was a problem with my rear door alignment, which required that I leave my car 4 different times, she kept me updated with what was going on, from waiting for engineers to figure out what how it could be fixed, to the difficult task of having to tell me I would have to pick it up not corrected until the engineers could set up another appointment after brainstorming. Carol assured me that although the problem hadn't been resolved, that no matter what it took, she would not rest until the solution was discovered. Then, she held true to her word! When I left a pricey pair of sunglasses in the last rental, she made the phone calls to track them down and get them returned to me. Customer service is a term that isn't used literally by many people employed in that job role, I have to say that Carol makes it a point to service my needs as a Lincoln customer each and every visit. For that, I am truly appreciative!
