I was referred by a friend to McFarland and went in wanting a specific vehicle I had found at an out of state dealership. Having done research in advance, I went in with what I was willing to accept for my trade and what I was willing to pay for the vehicle I wanted them to get me. I just picked up my 2nd new Ford vehicle from Dave Friedman at McFarland Ford. I found Dave through TrueCar website when searching for my wife's new vehicle last year. We got a 2016 Ford Escape SE. We had been to other dealers and none of them could touch the price we got from Dave at McFarland. He was able to locate a vehicle with all of the options we wanted for a great price. He even got us the amount we wanted for our trade. The whole process was extremely easy and Dave was a pleasure to work with. I knew I would be back as our son was going to be getting his license. Fast forward to May 2017. I called Dave and asked about used cars for my son. After a short phone call with Dave and some options, I decided to give my 2011 Ford Fiesta SE 4-Door to my son and get a new 2017 Fiesta SE 4-Door for myself. Since I purchased my Fiesta, I've logged over 137,000 miles and it's still going strong with only normal wear and tear items for maintenance. During the month of May there were some great deals on the Fiesta that I couldn't pass up. Dave once again located the ONLY vehicle that matched my requirements in 150 miles. It was ready to pick up a couple of days later. I went to McFarland Ford with my son and we were in and out in under an hour with my new car. Dave on the sales side and Eric in finance made the process easy again and I will be back again when it's time to get another vehicle.

Air conditioning service

Unfortunately, I experienced a classic air conditioning failure common to Ford Escapes and Mercury Mariners. It was explained to me thoroughly by Todd (who is great by the way). I looked it up on the internet and, sure enough, thousands of Ford customers have experienced the same failure. Ford at one time considered making it a recall but didn't costing customers tens of thousands of dollars in repair costs which should not have happened. This is not McFarlands fault and I am please with how it all was explained to me and dealt with. I fully understand this is not a dealership issue but it is disappointing to loyal Ford customers. I feel right at home at McFarland and am always treated well by any employee I encounter but especially Tood, my service representative. He represents the business at the highest level in my opinion.

Overall I am happy with the service. I was a little upset that your company doesnt offer a military discount. The only complaint I have is that I spent $2600 on a service and you didnt even clean the car before I picked it up. I had to clean dirt marks off the door and steering wheel. Very unprofessional.

I had recent shoulder surgery and gad limited time to secure my inspection sticker this month. I called after PT and spoke with Justin. He was great and said I could come right over. I waited in the customer area and in no time Todd came out to let me know it was rrady. Very good service staff.

I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape from McFarland Ford. The service I received was OUTSTANDING!!! I never knew buying a vehicle could be so easy and stress free. My past experiences elsewhere made me leery of buying from a dealership again. Dave Friedman, the Internet Manager changed my opinion about car dealerships. Dave went above and beyond: before, during and after the purchase was made!! The Finance Manager, Eric Cummings took care of the financing for me and it was the quickest and most pleasant finance experience in my car buying history!! I only worked with 2 of McFarland's staff and was quite impressed. Everyone I came across was friendly and courteous. I live in southern NH and was going to go to a local dealership for my service rather than travel the 60+ miles up to Exeter. That is no longer the case. McFarland Ford and their staff make it well worth the trip!!! They have a lifetime customer in me. I would HIGHLY recommend McFarland Ford to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, new or used. A Holiday Treat!

This was an especially joyous visit to McFarland Ford! I stopped first for an estimate on some body damage and they were very nice and even gave me some candy! Then while I was waiting for an oil change Ms. Moynahan gave me a Christmas flower! The waiting room was crowded with very nice customers and I didn't hear one complaint! You all get an "A"!! Awesome Service Department!

We bought a used Jeep from a neighbor for our teenager learning to drive. While out practicing with him, we heard a new noise and brought it in to McFarland because it was at the bottom of the ramp we were taking. We didn't know if they would look at a Jeep but because we have a great relationship with the service guys, we tried. They went above and beyond our expectations and offered to check the oil which they found to be extremely low. Because of this check, they found a leak, added oil and advised us what needs to be done! They saved us! I love McFarland Ford's Service guys!!
