WORST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER DEALT WITH
1 star because lower isn't an option!!! Absolutely the worst car buying experience I've ever had! Each department was unaware of the other, I was told one thing and then the opposite by the next department. Each department failed in more places then one would even think possible. I was told it would take about 30 minutes for the delivery of the car, after waiting over 30 minutes they finally began the paper work...I was there over and hour and 45 minutes after being told 30 minutes. Over promise and under deliver must be the training and sales model they use!!! When I picked up the brand new car it's body and bumper were scratched. The driver seats cloth was also not attached to the seat properly. The car should have never been delivered to me like this!!! While coordinating the appointment to have these issues taken care of, I was told I would be given a small car for my SUV, after explaining how this wasn't comparable like our sales agreement stated and unacceptable, I was given an awful "comparable" in size used SUV. Nothing less then expected based on my experience to this point with Bill Dube, Inc. Can it get worse?? I really didn't think it was possible...however...when I went to pick up my car, it still had the scratch on the bumper and the seat wasn't fixed. I was told by the sales person it wasn't his fault because he didn't look at it, I was then told by the sales manager the scratch wasn't that bad...it wasn't that bad on my brand new vehicle??? There way of fixing it, for the seat when I was in the area I could bring it in and wait and they'd fix it while I was there, but it wasn't there fault it was a service issue. Why wasn't it fixed while it was there to be fixed? Why do I need to go back for what was already supposed to be fixed?? How are they going to compensate me for the now over three hours of my time that this has taken without being fixed?? Their solution bring it back again and wait!!??!??! Not a solution that works for the customer!! The bumper issue wasn't addressed, so I'm left with a brand new vehicle with a scratch in the bumper as their solution?? How is this even remotely acceptable?? I had to deal with 3 people before I just left because of the unprofessional, lack of taking responsibility, outrageously rude, lack in customer service incompetent employees. I should also mention that the salesman yelled at me and said I should have handled it better than he stormed off and got in a car and left leaving me with the keys to the "comparable" loaner vehicle and no acceptable solution for having my vehicle fixed. The sales manager told me the scratch that was on my brand new car wasn't that noticeable... And the last person I spoke with to return the keys of the loaner car after being yelled at by their salesman who left me wondering if I was taking my car or if they were going to fix it and I was taking the loaner again told me it seems like I am making something into a problem that really wasn't a problem!!!! REALLY!!??!!? On a positive note for Ford, not Bill Dube, Inc. while speaking to Ford Customer Service and working to resolve these issues, I received outstanding customer service!! Thank you Johnathan for helping me take the first steps in resolving what shouldn't have been a problem initially!!
We used a buying service to buy our car and was directed to Bill Dube for the purchase of our Ford. We had some email corps pond acne prior to going to pick up our car. The experience was like none other. I am not a fan of buying cars! But I will say that our experience from start to finish was nothing but excellent! Your sales people went the extra mile to not only be sure we had a great experience but also get us all the rebates/offers we were entitled to!! My first 5,000 miles with Bill Dube Toyota
The service people were very accommodating. I was early and they were able to get me served before my scheduled appointment. They have answered all of my questions and were courteous throughout the visit. The waiting room was sufficiently quiet and clean to meet my needs. The visit went well. I hope to continue with this service routine as the miles add up

First service on new vehicle......
First service on new vehicle. Everything was okay. Only thing is that they charge $30 for a tire rotation, so I got it done elsewhere for $20. All the other dealers and service people in this area charge $20, so I can't figure out why they think I should pay $30. Makes no sense, except if someone is short on time, and didn't want to go to two different places to complete their car service, then they might be willing to leave an extra $10 on the table.

Dan in service was very hekpful in keeping me informed about the steering wheel EDU warranty recall on my RAV4. Mine wa ma the 1st to be replaced at Bill Dube Toyota. When the MFG was unable to supply the replacement part prior to my trip to Maine for Memorial Day, Dan was able to secure a rental care for me, so that I felt safe to make the 3 hour drive. I appreciate the attention to detail and for my safety & peace of mind!
The Service team was and is always very friendly and helpful. They work hard to understand my concerns, determine what needs to be done and take care of me as quickly as possible. They make feel like a valued customer. You can buy a car and get a good deal in many places. However, having a service department that really works hard to provide the best possible service is not easy to find.

2014 Ford Focus I gotta tell you that upon arriving at Bill Dube on a Saturday - I was pleasantly greeted by Andy Boston - low and behold we knew each other as my son went to school with him. From the moment he and I talked about the need for me to buy a used vehicle or maybe new...he was spot on with my options - he had me test drive vehicles in my affordability range - his diplomacy in that I had some credit challenges was over the top. Then Ann Morin - need I say more - she is amazing and she went above and beyond to secure me the financing on a new car and the rest is history. Bill Dube helped me find and finance just what I was looking for. I had a great salesperson named Andy Boston who lived up to everything he said and made the experience as quick and easy as possible. All the ins and outs of the purchase were laid out to me in an easy to understand way and there were no surprises. Bill Dube is a great establishment that continues to grow because of the way they treat their customers.

I did some online research and knew just what car I wanted and what I thought a fair price would be. Bill Dube Ford gave me a good online quote and when I went in the sale rep, John McSharry, was very helpful. Helped me find the car I wanted with no BS and held exactly to the online quote. I had to wait a few weeks for the car to be delivered and he was spot on with the estimated delivery date. When the car arrived, they got it prepped quickly, offered me a loan with a better rate than I had found myself, and did the closing paperwork quickly, without the usual annoying attempts to sell me additional stuff I didn't want. I've bought several new cars before and this was definitely one of the better experiences.
