I like not fighting about the price, but it makes me wonder if I got the lowest price. This is really more about the other dealerships than about you. Regardless, I like not haggling because it takes the stress out of car buying.

I liked the no-pressure, up-front approach to car buying. I knew what my preferences were and thought I would try to be up-sold to a vehicle out of my price range. Toby asked me what I was looking for and I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. Everything was laid out in front of me so I understood exactly what I was getting as well. The ONLY THING that kept me from giving Grappone Hyundai 5 stars was the fact that the vehicle I purchased did not have floor mats. It was brand new (2018) and I bought it off the showroom floor. I did not notice it didn't have floor mats, I assumed (which is mostly my fault, but still) that a new vehicle would have floor mats. HAD I KNOWN, then I would have insisted they be negotiated into the sale. After I noticed (the next day, after purchase), I called and brought this to my salespersons attention and was told I could come in to buy some for $150. For buying a $23,000 brand new vehicle, I would have appreciated being taken care of in this regard. BUT, that is a minor set-back. Other than that, I had a great experience.

Our product specialist was knowledgeable and let us drive the process. We had a basic knowledge of what we wanted and he didn't try to up-sell us. It was anxiety free car buying which is a sentence that I never thought I would say.

I liked knowing that I was already dealing with your best price. Erik Faust was awesome. He was knowledgeable and very likable. He was the first "car guy" I wanted to hug good bye. AND I just got off the phone with him checking in on me. I love your business model. This is my second time in and my first experience was with Vince or Vincent who helped me get my daughter into yet another CRV over a year ago. That first experience made me a Grappone customer and this second one with Erik confirms for me that driving from Portsmouth to see you is totally worth it.
