Sheldon was easy to work with, easy to contact and someone I would certainly purchase another car from. We were allowed to take our time and discuss our best options, and we never felt tat we had to haggle. I have had some rather annoying experiences with car salesman but… Sams approach to selling cars is the best. I know I will deal with him again and reccomend him to friends and family. by Outback_Dad1 on 05/14/2015I liked Ryan Kelly (my salesperson) very much. I shopped initially with my local dealer (15 miles away from me when Ruge is about 30 miles away on the other side of the River) and I felt the local guy was not interested in my sale. I also… internet shopped to a dealer 90 miles away because he was supposively 'the best price' when an acquaintance told me they bought their subaru. Ryan provided a competitive price to the guy 90 miles away (within a reasonable amount of total price including extras to keep me generally local) and also showed me what sales service was supposed to be like. I felt I could trust Ryan and I liked dealing with him very much, I hope that (in 150,000 miles) Ryan is still working at Ruge and I can come for another Subaru. This is my first new car ever, and the experience was much more enjoyable than any used car buying experience I've ever had. It was also more enjoyable than when I helped my wife buy a new Toyota a few years ago, Ruge was a much better experience than either of the Toyota dealerships I dealt with. My previous car was a Subaru Baja which I bought and sold privately from Craigslist, and it took me several months to figure out what/where to buy to replace that unique car that I loved so much; the 2015 Outback fit the bill perfectly and I believe based on my sales experience with Ryan, that I will now be a Subaru customer for life... hopefully another 40 years of car buying ahead of me! I've had my car a month and my step-mother just bought a Forester from Ryan today - we're Subaru people for sure!Thanks for your kind words and for sending over the rest of the family!
