If everyone made an appointment to have service done...there needed to adequate staff to do the repairs.Kevin made it happen!

Then when I got there, I was told it had been sold several days before. "It hasn't… been picked up, which is why we made the mistake. Can we interest you in this car instead....?" I hate that I fell for this and hope that you, reader, are smart and go somewhere else!Customer
