Would not recommend

I purchased a 2015 Ford F-150 platinum from the dealership in January. The vehicle was advertised as ford certified and the 172 point inspection etc. the first time I washed the truck I realized one of the rims is different than the rest. Some certification. The truck was originally sold by ACE and serviced by them since new. Not only did they put the wrong rim on the truck, but they certified the truck with the wrong rim. At this time I’m still trying to get them to make good on a 38k purchase and give me the right rim but it hasn’t happened yet. Don’t get fooled by the whole “family” oriented we take care of our customers nonsense. Buy elsewhere

Unbelievable treatment

Where do I begin. My 2012 mustang kept breaking down so I leased a new vehicle. At 720 miles I walk out to a dead battery. When I contacted the Ford dealer with extreme frustration I was informed that there was a problem with this car that Ford was aware of however there is no fix yet. Reliability was part of the pitch that convinced me to proceed with the lease. When I read the paperwork I thought I could cancel within 30 days however when I approached the individual who was pointed out to be the general manager he responded with "that is the warranty contract. We can cancel that if you want to." I am an individual who gets approximately 5 days a month off of work. The last place I should need to feel that I have been taken advantage of is where I buy my transportation. Today I receive a call from the service department telling me the 2nd battery this car received was bad and needs to be replaced with a 3rd. How is this any better then my previous situation. I am not one for reviews but I will never do any future business here. No attempt to maintain the relationship with me was made.

Superior dealership and great salesmanship

Recently leased a new '17 Ford Explorer and couldn't be more happy with the vehicle, the salespersons Jack and Mario and the ease of the entire process!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Ford. You should definitely check these two out at Ace Ford.
