He was prepared at my arrival, with options. It wasn't like past experiences in buying a vehicle.… Where your in the dealership for hours. Each time he has me in and out. It took me three months of exploring makes and models that would not only appeal to my wallet; but my taste! When I walked into the Lexus… Showroom, the Sales Consultant was patient and allowed me sufficient time to explore. Upon finding the car of my choice, the Sales Consultant took command with extensive information; which solidified my decision to ratify the deal. From the Sales Consultant, Manager, Sales, and the staff; that readied my car to leave the lot, made the day enjoyable; as opposed to arduous! Thanks to all for a wonderful experience! When I finally visited the Cherry Hill Lexus dealership and saw the vehicles in person, I was really impressed. I test drove the NX… 200t and my choice was made. by beasle on 01/25/2015I bought my 2007 CPO Lexus ES 350 from your dealership about six years ago. Although I live in Newark, Delaware and within 14 miles from a Lexus dealer, I continue to drive the extra miles to Lexus of Cherry Hill because of the excellent… service I receive from James Carney and Ginger Ruby. Although I reside in Delaware, I work in Bowie, Maryland and stay in Maryland during the week and return home to Newark only on the weekends. While there are also several Lexus dealers in Maryland, they along with the dealer in Delaware, do not compare to the customer service and flexibility in scheduling service, I receive from Lexus of Cherry Hill. For example, about three weeks ago, one of my headlights went out. The dealer in Delaware could not schedule my car for repair until the next day. I called Lexus of Cherry Hill and was scheduled the same day for repair. This week, I was in need of my 165K maintenance. However, due to the impending snowstorm, I did not call Lexus of Cherry Hill until Saturday morning. Again, arrangements were made to accommodate me. This flexibility of scheduling to accommodate my limited weekend schedule is very important to me. Again, kudos to Lexus of Cherry Hill, James Carney, and Ginger Ruby for the service I've received over the past several years.Good service is worth the drive and toll.

The Delaware dealer could not schedule me until the next day. I then called Lexus of Cherry Hill since this is where I… currently serviced. Lexus of CH not only could schedule me the same day but also offered the option of three different times when I could bring my car in the same day. It took me longer to drive to Lexus of CH than it took them to replace my light bulb. In my option, Lexus of CH is a customer friendly, good service dealer. Well worth the drive from Delaware.Excellent Experience

Buying my new Lexus RX350 at Cherry Hill Lexus was like a trip to Disney. The customer service, level of knowledge and overall experience… was over the top amazing. Leo Ramos was quick in responding, pleasant to work, patient with my requests and questions, and really knows and believes in the product he is selling. The sales manager Beth was also friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and quick to respond calls and e-mails - willing to help with anything. From start to finish this was NOTHING like what I was expecting going in to the purchase and I truly walked away pleasantly surprised with the most amazing car I've ever owned!Outstanding!!

He checks in on us ensuring continued satisfaction and assists in guiding and ensuring we have the best experience possible! Actually all the sales staff we worked with, including managers Paul and Mike, were GREAT! It is readily apparent that overall Customer Satisfaction is the #1 goal of this dealership, with a strong commitment at all levels. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lexus of Cherry Hill and WE WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURN CUSTOMERS!!Great place, Great people!

I don't want to mention any sales person but they really should consider sales training bc I was not treated… in the propper manner. The sales person did not even answer the questions that I was asking. I would not and will not ever purchase a car from this dealership. I also will not service the Lexus that I purchased from another Lexus dealership.Nice people, but overpriced
by philchoe on 12/24/2008The new site looks great and the salesperson (Scott) was nice, but don't be fooled by their prices. Do your research and you can save ~ $2,000. I was quoted $43,800 (tax and tags included) for an RX350 AWD w/ premium plus in Cherry Hill.… [Other dealerships] offered better deals for the SAME exact things (and warranty) just over the phone! If the 2K isn't a factor, then I don't think you'll be disappointed with Cherry Hill.lexus of cherry hill in mt laurel new jersey ( burlington county )
by mitchellrowe on 10/03/2007lexus dealers in general are under factory scrutiny . lexus of cherry hill is a leader in innovation . from the owners , tom norton & peter brown , to service and parts , vic pasca & vic pollard , most lexus owners are dealt with on an… even playing field . i would reccomend meeting these people if you wish to own a lexus , or need help with one you own .Used car purchase

George A. walked an extra mile to help me to pull my loaner car and provided great service. He let me transfer all my stuff from the loaner car to… my serviced car. He also always has smile on his face and pleasant appearance to customer. He is very helpful. This is not my first time experiencing this world class service. He is a great asset to Lexus service. Definitely, he provided excellent service.
