I met with my salesman Gabriel and it was the most pleasant experience out of any car dealership or salesman that I have… dealt with in the past. I came across Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge through the TrueCar buying service, which I highly recommend to everyone. I presented Gabriel with a copy of their offer and he immediately and without any hesitation honored the quoted price (which by the way was several thousand dollars less than any other Jeep dealer I contacted). Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge offers excellent customer service with a no stress and no haggle experience and they were also very considerate of my time. Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge was able to give me exactly what I wanted at a price that no other dealer could (or would) have provided. Gabriel was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and was also very patient when explaining to me all the various factory incentives and financing options that were currently available and Gabriel was meticulous in insuring that I received all of them on my new Jeep. I plan to be a loyal customer of Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge for many years to come. I love my new Jeep and thanks to Gabriel my experience was flawless. By far Route 46 had the best costumer service and they were able to get me the exact color, make, and model of the car I wanted and the price that worked for… me! Also, they were extremely helpful and friendly when I called with questsions after already having the vehicle. I highly recommend thrm and will be a returning customer myself.No Hassle
by Joel2017 on 08/05/2017I used USAA True Car Service. Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge (CJD) was the 2nd dealership I went to. The experience was more enjoyable at Route 46 CJD. I was greeted at the door by a few of the sale managers. Upon stating that I was using the… True Car service, one of them (Gabriel Dominguez) stated he was familiar with the True Car service. Gabriel Dominguez is a true professional sales manager. He knew the everything about the Jeep Grand Cherokee, and was able to showcase the vehicle features excellently. He also read me well enough to know what I was looking for, and did not try to up sell me to a higher model, or extra bells and whistles. Upon closing the sale, Gabriel Dominguez, was also very helpful in explaining how the closing procedures would proceed, and made sure that it went smoothly. I recommend going to Route 46 CJD and asking for Gabriel Dominguez. He is very experience, so ask questions, go informed, and I'm sure he will ensure you buy what you really want.Excellent service and product

I told him what I could afford and he over performed. He didn't lie or say… one cheesy thing to me. He was honest and real the entire time. I definitely suggest heading over and working with him. They are trained to lie about their prices to get you to go in!

They gave me a price that was around my budget, told me to come back the next day to do all the paperwork with my parents. I explained… to the dealer Moe, and the MANAGER who was present as well that both my parents worked the next day, and that only if they where serious about the price than I can bring them in. both the dealer and the MANAGER, told me that they promise me it will be the number they gave me or less no matter what. The next day I asked my parents to take off of work to come in with me which they did. When we got there the dealer told me he was busy with someone else. so that he will set me up with another dealer. Right off the bat they raised their monthly price by 200 dollars!! and the down payment by 3,000 dollars! They told me there is no way that they can do the numbers they gave me. THE OTHER DEALERS AROUND EVEN ADMITTED TO ME THAT THEY ARE TRAINED TO GIVE FALSE PRICES AND HOPE TO CUSTOMERS SO THAT THEY COME IN. If the own employees admit this to me than it just goes to show that this dealership is up to no good. I have picture and screen shot proof about them doing this to me. I am going to submit this to the news, and I suggest everyone who was cheated and lied to by this dealership do the same. Not only is the dealer a [non-permissible content removed] but, his MANAGER is as well. so you can only imagine what kind of training he gives to the rest of the dealers there. I traded in my 08 Grand Cherokee for a 17 Grand Cherokee. RJ pointed out all the changes from my old basic model to the… new fully loaded model. Once we picked out the car it was time to negotiate. Once he came back with the initial price I told him what I was looking for. He was able to work it out with my trade in and get me into the new car immediately all the while throwing in the top grade running boards. The service from RJ and the service team is top notch. LIED to me on the phone just to get me to come in person
by E_B____ on 01/03/2017I called the dealership on Monday and asked for someone in Sales to discuss leasing a Pacifica. I was connected to Miko, who quoted me a great price. On Wednesday I spoke to him again to make sure that there was no miscommunication, and… double checked the terms and pricing. He confirmed that everything was understood correctly and the quoted deal was still available. I told him I would be coming in that night to sign for the lease. He told me he wouldn't be there, but not to worry, as all the details of our conversation (including pricing etc.) were recorded in the dealership computer system and that any available salesperson would be able to pick up where we left off. That couldn't have been further from the truth (Or more bluntly, was a blatant lie just to get me to come to the dealership in person). I arrived at the dealership and lo and behold, there was NO detailed record of our conversation in the computer system. It mentions that I called, but has no mention about terms or pricing, which unsurprisingly I was then told is 50% HIGHER than what I confirmed earlier that day on the phone. I proceeded to speak with the top manager at the dealership at the time who had nothing more to say than "I'm sorry I can't do that price." THEN WHY ARE YOUR SALESPEOPLE LYING AND QUOTING IT OVER THE PHONE! The manager acknowledged that sales calls are recorded, but showed no interest in figuring out what had happened (i.e. maybe some sort of miscommunication), which leads me to think this is just the normal way business is conducted at this dealership. Needless to say, I walked and did not get me lease through them. This was a tremendous waste of my time. Be wary of this dealership.
