I have purchased many new vehicles in my life. This is the first time I have purchased a new vehicle and was happy with the sales staff. They were very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and did not try to pressure me into anything at all. What a great car buying experience. I will never use any other dealership ever again. My salesman Dylan was very good. He new the answer to all my questions. The finance department was helpful with the paperwork too. The parts department was also very helpful with my parts questions too. As for the management they kept checking in on me during the sale to make sure I was being treated rite. Great experience on my CPO Nissan Titan purchase. I went to 8 dealers and test drove 12 different trucks before I walked into the dealership and from the start it was an easy going, friendly and informative test drive. 4 days later I drove the 4 hours round trip and took delivery! Worth it… going to drive the same 5 hours to get some accessories installed.

Nissan of Keene is the best dealership!!!! My parents purchased their vehicles here when I was a kid and I have bought numerous cars there over the years. This past weekend I brought my 2009 Nissan Rogue in for an oil change and decided to test drive a 2012 Nissan Rogue. I was greeted IMMEDIATELY by Sam who was willing to help me right away. I had my 5 year old daughter with me and Sam helped me so much with her. She went into the service area and got her car seat from my car that was getting worked on. While I was working out the numbers, Sam, Gabby and Kristin were coloring with my daughter and keeping her occupied. Tony and Sam were talking about leasing with me and truly showed they cared about my financial being. I went and purchased my car 2 days later and couldn't be happier (and they STILL were having fun and entertaining my daughter)! I can guarantee I will be purchasing my vehicles from here for many years to come!

I leased a Rogue in November and they went out of their way to help me through the process. I never leased a car before and they spent all the time I needed finding the best deal and walked me through each stepped the process. My wife's car just died and we went back again to lease again. They again showed great respect making sure our budget stayed in tact and never pushed us. We received another fantastic deal and will go back when our lease our up the same dealer. I also wish to add the same exceptional service can be found in their service department!

My wife and I just purchased a used vehicle from Nissan of Keene, and they were very accommodating and easy to work with. The last time I purchased a car, it was an all day affair, with lots of back and forth and over-wrought negotiations. This time was much different - all of the team, led by Kristen A., our sales representative, was very professional and easy to work with. I was in and out in just a couple of hours. I also really appreciate the team's efforts to explain the financing to me in a very clear and transparent way, so that I left feeling that everyone had made a solid deal. Though I hope I don't have to purchase a car again in the near future, I will definitely seek out Nissan of Keene when I do!

Off the chart customer service is what you should expect and never get...until Nissan of Keene! Nissan of Keene provided exactly that for me, and I will never forget. I had no intentions of leaving the dealership with a purchase that day, however I did! I assure you I am not easily persuaded, but the sales and finance team worked diligently, above and beyond to get me what I wanted and needed. Everyone is friendly and courteous, even had the pleasure of meeting and speaking Chuck the owner...how often does that happen,,,never happened at any other dealership I have been to. I took the day off of work, drove two hours to get to the dealership and have absolutely no regrets! I am so very happy to have had the pleasure to meet everyone and am pleased to have done business with them and plan to highly recommend them and make them my dealership of choice from now on :) The customer service this dealership and its staff provide is definitely unsurpassable!!

In the process of looking for a new vehicle that would fit our gigantic dog and our upcoming new addition (baby) we came across Nissan of Keene and are thrilled we did. From the moment my husband contacted them to inquire about a vehicle we were impressed at how much time they took with us through multiple phone calls. Because of their patience and willingness to speak with us often over the phone and emails we decided to take the 1-1 1/2 trip to visit and look at the car we were looking to purchase. We were extremely happy we did. They not only spent a significant time of with us with patience, good advice, and honesty both the day of purchase and the day before with my husband. We are both extremely grateful for that, as this was a big decision for us and our growing family. We were both inpressed with the friendliness of everyone there and the honesty they exhibited. It was a great mix of professionalism with a personal touch. We walked out that night with our "new" 2011 Xterra feeling like we weren't just a number to them and as though they weren't trying to "fool" us into anything. The manager, Tony, Evan, Dan (who I did not have the pleasure of meeting, but my husband did) and all the other guys (and girl) were fantastic to work with and greatly appreciate that they stayed past close for us and were fair in their prices. It was a great experience, as I did not feel pressured to make a purchase and felt everything was explained in great detail. Great dealership to work with and would recommend anyone to use them in the future.

This is probably the most amazing dealership i have ever com across, i have bought many vehicles new and used in my day from many different dealerships. This one is by far the best out there! For there commetment to make sure the customer is Always happy and satisfied, this is my second vehicle i have purchased from tony P, he is a man of his word goes above and beyond even gave me his personel cell number and answered questions at all hours of the day and night even when out with his family, a truly dedacated man to his customers, went so far as to purchase a new not used a new set of alloy wheels with snow tires of my choice because of a slight mix up, then had them delivered to my house (which i live two hours away).. this dealership resotores my faith in the car dealership world.. amazing ppl... customer for life...

I recently discovered an auto dealership that has rewritten the book on customer treatment. After locating on Edmunds.Com a used F-150 for sale at Nissan of Keene I visited the dealership where the friendly staff made the entire buying experience a positive one. The only thing that surpassed the purchasing of the vehicle was the service I received after the purchase. They were genuinely interested in my satisfaction both during the purchase as well as after the purchase and they treated me accordingly. Simply stated, this is an A+ dealership from management on down. They are what a great dealership should be.

I had the best experience at this dealership. I was looking for a nissan frontier 2012 4x4 sv. I had went to a dealership near worcester, ma first and knew there was wiggle room and they gave me a bogus trade in number on my car. My wife said call keene nissan(she works 20 mins from them) and I was so glad. They beat all the numbers: finance rate, sticker price, trade in value...... I was in and out in the quick. I bought my first truck and love it. My wife and i buy a new car every two to three years wether her or me. Do yourself a favor check them out.

The LEAF is great! We have not bought gasoline since April 2, 2012! We have put on over 2700 miles since then (just shy of 3 months now). We plug our LEAF in to a 240 volt outlet, using the EVSE supplied with the car which was upgraded by EVSEUpgrade.com in California. Our electric bill has increased from about $17 to $22, compared to almost $200 for gasoline. We are very happy about that! We have had the LEAF in to the service department twice. The first to apply the protective coatings to the interior and exterior surfaces, and the second for the 45 day visit. Travis was very helpful with the financing stuff when we went to pick up the car. Ken and Rob have been very interested in all the information I bring them about the LEAF. Like my electric bill comparison month to month from this year to last year, which supports my claim above about the increase cost of electricity. And how our electricity is generated in NH. When my LEAF arrived at the dealership at the end of March, Ken was on the phone to me even as the truck which transported my LEAF was pulling into their driveway! I think he was as excited about its arrival as I was! At that time mine was the third one he had delivered.
