Horrible Customer Service, will not honor commitments made

My wife and i purchased a new 2015 Tahoe from Reliable Chevrolet April of 2015. We have had nothing but problems out of this vehicle from the start, it was in there body shop to have a dent fixed in the pass rear quarter panel while it was in there possession the front bumper was scratched really bad. They tried to buff them out and they apologized, scratches are still there to this day. Dec of 2015 it was back in service because they left the oil filter loose from the previous service causing an oil leak, it was also in there for a loud ticking, voltage drop, and a miss at idle. April of 2016 back at Reliable for Air Bag light flashing erratically, and driver seat moving forwards and backwards unable to reach pedals while driving and approaching an intersection. And again while it was in there service area they managed to hit something with the front bumper causing damage. May 2016 back at reliable for the same Air Bag light flashing and seat moving , this time almost causing an accident had my wife not unbuckled and moved her body forward to press the brake pedal. I finally had enough and contacted GM, they looked into the matter and informed me that reliable refused to work on my Tahoe, and did not want me back on the property. Upon purchasing the Tahoe Reliable agreed to give me 6 free oil changes up to 60k miles. Part of there so called " Reliable Chevy Maintenance Program" How do you plan on honoring what was part of our agreement to purchase the vehicle if you refuse to work on my tahoe and not allowed back on your property? Reliable dealerships are owned by Berkshire Hathway Automotive, i have contacted them about the matter with no response. Reliable and GM has poked the wrong bear, and treating it just like any other disgruntled customer, and the he is just 1 customer mind frame. I can assure you this will not go away, i will exhaust all options i have available to me, that includes legal options. More complaints will follow, Attorney general, BBB, NHTSC, Twitter, Facebook and any other ways to let people know about Reliable and GM. This includes having this Tahoe wrapped as a HUGE rolling billboard of my experiences with Reliable and GM and make sure the tahoe and myself is on the 10 o 'clock news.

Work was performed on time and with quality. Staff was very professional and courteous. A nice surprise was being able to leave my rental car, which I had while my car was in the shop, at the dealership. The dealership coordinated with the rental company to have the rental car picked up.

Tail light fixed

On 1/20/16 I brought my 2015 Chevy Silverado in to fix a busted tail light. It was fixed, but unfortunately the back up light was neglected and not fixed. I had to come back up from Ozark to have that replaced. Although I was upset to have to come back up for something that I felt should have been taken care of in the first place, it was corrected in a timely manner, and at no further cost, which of course is all I could of asked for. Joey, Nick, and Debbie in the service department were wonderful.

Friendly People, Great Service

Reliable Chevrolet has an efficient service area, friendly people, technicians that do excellent work and complete work in timely manner. If you have to leave your car, a courtesy van driver will take you to work or home while your car is being serviced. Facilities are very clean, Morning donuts are great treat too.

I regret the purchase I made and had I know about the hidden damage I wasn't told about, I NEVER would have bought the vehicle. I have been more than patient and have attempted to resolve the problem. The first fix was a no go and now I am sending a complaint to the Atty General.

Reliable is a friendly, efficient and honorable place to have a car serviced. All personnel are well trained and are proficient at their responsbilities in working on your vehicle. A courtesy van is available to take customers home and return later in the day to take the customer back to get their car.

Terrible treatment and Service

Do not buy a used car from these people!!! 24 hours after signing the paperwork I brought the Car back and told the Sales manager something wasn't right with the Front end. Manager told me it was all in my head and the Car was fine. Now I am spending $703.00 to fix the Front end at my own cost...go figure.

I have purchased 4 cars from them and Jack S. (my salesman) has always come through for me. I have 2 more I plan on buying in the.near future and can't imagine going to anyone else. The service after the sales has always been excellent as well! They have a top notch team all the way around!

crappy car and bad service

When we went there we got there they did even rembering were that we had called ahead at all. We were up there for over 6 hours when we said that we would like to think about it the sales guy asked us to wait he went and got some eles this guy had us in a car in lessthen 5 mins and we felt so rushed it made my head spin. Then when they had us go to the guy to get extra coverage he was very rude and even told my husband that he did not understand his logic. Then after driving the car not even 100 hunderd miles the check engine light came on then went off we dicided to go a head amd buy the car since it was still under warranty but we have taken the car in once for that problem and I thought it was fixed then a bunch of other things started to mess up. Then about a month after I got my car fixed the same thing happened agin

I am writing this review because I have been continuously harassed by a person or people calling wanting to know how our experience was, so I'm letting everyone know. Our service was awesome always is, if it weren't I wouldn't be coming back. However, If I continue to be harassed by phone calls and survey emails every time I do bring my car in then I will find a few place to service my vehicle. Surveys should be only asked to participate if the customer agrees to. Maybe when you bring the vehicle in ask if they mind doing a survey if they say yes, by all means send them one or call about it, if they say no, leave them alone!!!!

we bought a new car from reliable on april 26 2013. we found some damage to the interior and to the exterior of the car after purchasing. reliable said they would take care of it. after 3 trips back up to the dealership, problems are not taken care of. now reliable says they didnt know of the exterior damage. shame on you Reliable Chevrolet for taking advantage of us and selling us a damaged new car and shame on us for letting you do that to us. i wouldnt send my worst enemy there to buy a car. and we were returning customers as we had purchased from them in the past. do not trust this dealership.

PUSHY & RUDE

TERRIBLE. The car salesman was extremely pushy about making the sale. He wanted us to purchase a vehicle that we just took a first look at 30 mins earlier. Im glad I did not pull through with this. The manager was very rude about a trade in we had and the value. We were told we were not the first ones to complain about this particular employee. After they did apologize but then they harassed my phone by calling it at least 6 more times after we left the lot that day apologizing for what happened and for us to come back to the lot for a re evaluation of our vehicle. At this point we were so fed up with the phone calls and what had happened at the lot we told them we would come back just to get them to stop calling. So recap.....pushy salesman....rude manager....harassing phone calls. A big 1 star in my book. It was a great learning experience. Never to put up with a pushy car salesman!!!!

Very Shady Car Deal

This salesman called us to see if we would be interested in trading in our Saturn. We had previously had the oil changed on it at the dealership. We were considering a trade anyway so we went in to talk. To make a long story short we ended up with a deal after much negotiation about price and interest rates. We bought a 2009 HHR. Nice car. Then 3 days later we get a call from the dealer saying we needed to come in to sign more papers! When we arrive they tell us that the deal has changed!! They need a down payment now and the interest rate has gone up 7 points! Plus the payment will now be $70. per month more. We were so angry we said no just give us our old car back. After a while they came back in with a payment that was only $2 higher but still the high interest rate but no down payment now!! Seriously I thought I was on candid camera! Very Shady and unprofessional to say the least. Will never set foot on this lot again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and overall experience I have ever had. They were EXTREMELY DISHONEST and EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. They did TERRIBLE work and failed to do even the basic repairs that they outlined on my estimate. They worked EXTRAORDINARILY SLOW and took almost two weeks to do a very basic repair which they charged me nearly $2,000 for. As if their shoddy workmanship and poor business dealings weren't enough they literally STOLE a $50 lotion from my car and refused to return it. In addition, they left a half-melted eye liner stick in my front console. I am BEYOND DISGUSTED. Unless you wish to be treated poorly, lied to, and stolen from TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE. I will NEVER return to Reliable Chevrolet again and will be sure to warn all of my friends and family to avoid it as well.
