Make sure you check the paperwork. They sold my mother every extra product they had, after my parents declined all but the ding and dent and rim protection. They added a service contract and didn't tell her or my father who are retired and collecting social security. After I noticed, I asked the salesman "Tex" if there was $3,000 worth or extra coverage on the car that came with a bumper to bumper warranty from Jeep. His response was "I didn't have nothing to do with that". This means either "Tex" doesn't know how to read a contract, or "Tex' was being dishonest. I don't think either conclusion looks good for "Tex" or Ed Napleton Chrysler Dodge Jeep. My mother called the next day to have the service contract removed and she got the run around. Also she was there buying with the employee discount, since her father and brother both worked at Chrysler. They still managed to pocket an extra $1589 kickback though, along with an inflated interest rate. They did this to a retired woman, whose family members worked for the company that hold their charter. BEWARE!!!
They lie to grt you in finance. The tactic is to talk over everything but the real numbers to get you to sign.
Terrible sales tactics
By far, this was the worst experience I have ever had at dealership. After unsuccessful, lengthy negations the day before, the salesman called me at home the next morning. I raised my offer, and the salesman assured me the deal was done. i asked for clarification three times, and each time he promised me we had a deal. So, I drove there, again, and guess what? We discussed the deal we made, but "the boss" wouldn't approve it. I was done. As I was leaving, he further insulted my intelligence by trying to explain it off as a "miscommunication" and "we wrote the wrong figure down on the paper." Seriously? What a waste of time. Lies and BS!
Our salesman Rob was very helpful with the purchase of our 2013 Doge Durango. He was very informative & kept us laughing throughout the process! Everyone we spoke to at Napletons was nice and passionate about their customers experience. We will definitely be back for future purchases!!
Amazing service from the moment we walked in!
My fiancé and I actually purchased our very first car from Napleton back in November and when a car accident left us without a vehicle there was no doubt in our mind where we were going. The team they have there is so friendly, no judgement and they genuinely care. They worked hard to get us into a beautiful blue Dodge Dart! TJ was our salesman and he is an absolute delight! Of course Don in finance is freaking wonderful as well! Those two are the reason my family has a new vehicle and I couldn't be happier! Thank you for doing everything and anything you could to take care of us! We will be back, hopefully not for a few years but we will be back!!!! Thanks again guys!
