great place for a used car

Exactly one month ago, I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz CLA 250 and they had one. It was the right price, the right color, the right mileage. I didn't call before hand to set up an appointment, but that didn't make a difference. I was made immediately comfortable by Marvin. He introduced himself and put me at ease. My sales expert, Dave, was frigging awesome. He knew so much about the car. When I wasn't sure if I wanted it or not (at first I was underwhelmed), he had me test drive a BMW 320i for a comparison. I still wasn't convinced, so Marvin suggested I take it home overnight. Everyone agreed and of course, I fell in love with it. I traded in a car and they gave me a fair market value. I did come with my own financing so it made the transaction totally smooth. 2 weeks after I had the car, Dave called me to see if I was still in love and to check on me. He also reminded me that I can bring it there for servicing. This was the easiest and smoothest process I have ever had when buying a car. Everyone here is wonderful and I will always come here. Thank you everyone at Dave Sinclair Lincoln St. Peters.

Lincoln MKZ

The 2017 Lincoln MKZ is an improvement over the previous older models of which I have owned. The engine noise, which in my opinion, was the only negative, is greatly improved. It is a beautiful vehicle and we are proud to drive around in it. The Sales Team is extremely friendly and eager to be of service. Great experience.

First off Dean (salesman) also with the Sales Manager and the General Manager were out standing, All three of the above Dave Sinclair dealership personal are the best I've ever seen. As for as my Lincoln MKZ I am very pleased with the car. It will take some time to learn all the features on my car but I like challenges. My MKZ has everything possible on the car. The mileage on highway is 36 miles pg , city is about 27pg )

I have a 2002 Lincoln LS With 74,000 that drives and runs as the day I first bought it.. I try to take the car in for service at least twice a year for service.. I been a customer of Dave Sinclair Lincoln dealership in Saint Peters,Mo for years now , I have always been very impressed with their service department . Jim Stein ,the service adviser as always been very helpful when I had a question about the service that was perform ; And without being ask , went to bat for me with the Customer Service Manager if I felt Ford Motor Company needed a little nudge to make me happy.. We hit a deer and needed to have the front end of our car replaced. After speaking with my insurance agent, we decided to have our car serviced and repaired at Dave Sinclair Lincoln. We were beyond happy with the final product. Gentry, the gentleman that I spoke to numerous times a week was very understanding to my needs and questions. Start to finish was about 2 weeks, which was acceptable to us. We would recommend Dave Sinclair Lincoln for anyone that needs bodywork completed or would like to purchase a car.

Excellent Service Department

The Service Technician I spoke to was frank and honest in telling me what "needed" to be repaired, what "should" be repaired and what was "optional". Clearly keeping "safety and reliablity" separate from "convienant". It was obvious he was not trying to milk every possible dollar out of me as a customer. That kind of treatment and respect towards a customer is extremely rare. I am turning this vehicle over to my Daughter, so ensuring it was safe and reliable was my only concern. The fact that the total bill was far less than I estimated was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this Dealership for Service (or sales, we've bought several vehicles from them over the years).

Vehicle Service Contract

I purchased my used 2007 Chrysler 300C 0n 07/20/2013. My sales man Jim T. Was awesome. He did a great job of answering all of my questions and helping me to find the vehicle that I was looking for. That being said I was the turned over to the finance department. I am not in the least happy with the service that I received from them. I was asked to come back several times. Being a disabled vet in a wheel chair at the time, I didn't appreciate this at all. I was told that it would be in my best interest to get an extended warrenty on my car because i would be paying on it for a long time. chances are that something would go wrong during the life of the loan. I agreed and was charged an additional $1500.00 for the service contract. after about five months I had found several things wrong with the vehicle and decided to take it in for service. I told the man at the service department not to do any work without calling first because I had very little money. I got called at the end of the day to be told it would cost several thousand dollars to fix my check engine light among other things. I said what the heck for , I have a warranty? I was told that the warranty would not fix anything but a bad thermostat? What happened to the bumper to bumper you may ask? they lied, and you can't tell this from the papers that they give you. all it has is 2 yr/24000 mile Estate marked on it. I was lied to, deceived, and now I can't even get my car out until the 3rd of next month as I only get paid once a month. I am sure they will try and charge storage as well. They didn't fix anything but are charging for checking it? I told them do not do anything without talking to warranty company and letting me know what it was going to cost.

Mechanics cannot duplicate anything so no fixes. Even charged me $120 to tell me that. I have a lot of car repair background so I am certain of the issues I stated. This has happend on several occasions.
