Excellent Dealership

When I came in I had made an appointment with Mike Collins the day before and he was waiting for me when I came in. We had talked the day before while I had my previous car serviced and I had gotten an email about a special trade-in offer. We went over all my options on my requirement that I had to have for the new vehicle. Then we went looking at two separate vehicles one for a Rav4 and the other was the Camry. We talked it over with James the manager and got prices for both vehicles. Since I was not sure the payment was going to be within my budget so we had both options ready for Mike Cross the finance officer. Mike Cross went over the packages and the pricing, along with the best rate I could get and the lowest payment I could get. Since I had credit rating issues he worked very diligently on the process trying to get me within my budget. He is just terrific. We made the deal with Toyota Financial Services and everything went great. I was very happy about the loan and I finally have a vehicle I truly love driving. I have been doing business with Weiss Toyota for over 5 years now doing leases and now this is an actual loan. I have always requested Mike Collins and Mike Cross to handle all my inquiries and all the financial information. These two men go out of their way to help customers and I would really hate to ever see them leave your company for any reason. They are so personal, courteous, they treat you like a real family because once you get to know them they go way beyond your expectations to help you. I have always dealt with Weiss Toyota since I moved here from Washington State and will always be a loyal customer. When I first came here, I did not have a car my last Camry was totaled by a drunk driver and I drove a U-Haul Van to move here. When I started looking for a car I called all Toyota dealers around even Lou Fusz who had been recommended by my Son-In-Law. I had no transportation and told each salesman that when I made inquiries. The one and only Mike Collins offered to come to my home with the car I had in mind to pick me up and I drove back to the dealership so I got to test drive it before even talking lease or loan. He is one outstanding salesman and he is the only salesman I will deal with

My husband and I purchased a KIA from Shane. He was so great to work with. Very friendly, helpful and great at what he does! Also very accommodating to our toddler! I would recommend Shane to anyone.

Wonderful Staff

We were looking for a Toyota Highlander. Weiss Toyota had one that we could not pass up. The staff was most helpful and friendly. We dealt directly with Craig Schnaak. He and the rest of the staff were straight forward and it was a nice easy process. They even invited us to a new owner's event, which was a pleasant surprise and covered any questions that came up after the sale.

What a waste of time!!!

What a joke!! Everything that one would hate about the car buying experience this place represents. Except for the salesman, Paul, Idon't know if there was another honest person in the building. It took tem minutes to make a deal on a new demo Camry SE (invoice minus $750) and then it took three hours for the sales manager Craig Schnaak and finance person Amy to try every trick in the book to screw it up. First it was the changing residual rate, should have been 58.5% they tried everything from 50% to 54%. Then it was an option that could not be residualized then it could be then it could not again. After walking from that deal we switched to another new Camry SE this time for invoice. Once again they could not get the right residual value then the invoice number was now above invoice. Next it was adding a capitalized cost fee of $850 then an aquistion fee of $650. Seriously, do they think people are going to pay this? It is comical to me to see a sales manager become so rude and irritated at selling a car. Craig Schnaak is a real disservice to his sales team, I can only imagine how many deals fall apart because of him. He actually made the comment to me that "there are some people you just can not sell a car to and you are one of them". Really?? I have purchased or leased 7 vehicles in the last 9 years, never had this problem with those dealers. Hopefully there will be quite a few more people who you will not be selling cars to after they read this review!! I would gladly deal with Paul the saleman in the future if he worked at another dealership but will NEVER deal with any Weiss dealership again.

After submitting my paperwork, and being called by several sales people I was contacted by the finance department, I was told i had to set up an appointment, after having to wait 2 days to get into the dealership finally a date and time was given. I called the dealership about 3 times asking questions, and getting answers,I was told EVERYTHING is taken care of and simply come in and I would have both the salesman David and Finance Jim at my side helping me. What a joke, I arrived after being told it was all taken care of, to find out, all they wanted me there for was so their nabojor business could take off, I traveled about 80 miles roundtrip to get a one on one about my Credit Report. This could have all been avoided, if only they had taken 2 minutes out to place a call to me. when I arrived the car I was looking at was no where to be found, then I asked finance Jimmy, if I could see the vehicle, after feeling bad, Jimmy offered me a HUGE savings of $200.00 off the car if I PAID CASH. This dealership is a joke, and I will never return nor will I send them business in any way. I left your dealership and went to KIA where by to my amazement I am now driving a 2006 Sportage with only 35422 miles, $97.00 more for about 20 thousand miles less. I only wish I had never kept that appointment. I may add, after spending over 90 minutes at this dealership, they never brought this car out for me to see, I think they sold if before I got there. Whatever they are doing it is not right,

2008 Toyota Prius

At our time of purchase, everything went smooth. Both the salesman & finance dealer said that toyota offered 3year/100,000 warranty on our prius. They told me about the vehical protection plan extended warranty that would cover the prius for 6years/100,000. I was concerned about the hybrid components, including the battery so I bought the extended warranty for $1,096. The next day I started reading the warranties offered by toyota for our prius in the back of a brochure I picked up at the dealership. To my surprise, Toyota offers a 8year/100,000 warranty on the hybrid related components which also includes the battery. The SALESMAN & FINANCEMAN never said anything about this! They let us buy the extended warranty which only covers 6yrs/100,000 for $1,096 when Toyota gives you 8yrs/100,000 for free! I called and asked if they knew of this warranty. My answer was "where are you getting this from", I said the 2008 toyota prius brochure. I was then told that he would have to read the brochure & get back to me. After waiting most of the day for the call, I went down to the dealership & cancelled my extended warranty. I was told that with-in a few weeks I would get my money back. After 4 weeks I contacted the general manager, John Auen. He said he would look into the matter & call me back the next day. He has never called back. It has been 5 weeks & I'm still waiting for a call & my money back!
