Unbelievable

I cannot recommend against this dealership strongly enough. After I had negotiated a deal with trade-in over the phone and then drove hundreds of miles, they tried to completely change the terms of our deal without even mentioning it. After questioning the change thinking it must be a mistake, they refused to honor the original deal. If that wasn't enough, the sales staff and manager I dealt with interrupted our conversations multiple times for phone calls and were in no hurry to end the call. If you're looking for a dealership that is trustworthy with an honest sales staff, save yourself a lot of time and go somewhere else.

I had been having a squealing tire for a week. I had not made an appt but had to make an impromptu trip to Jeff city for other matters. Stopped at Riley whIle I was in town to see if they could help. I was told they probably couldn't do much because of the work load but could check it out. 3 hours later I was out with new rear brake pads and roters turned, just in time to make my next appt 25 miles away. I can always rely on Riley to help me out. This means so much to a person who doesn't have a back up vehicle or a spouse. Thank you all so much.

My car broke down on a Tuesday evening on my way home from work. We called Kyle Veith/our salesman at 7pm (at home). He helped me to get the service and tow set up for the next day. He is always super to work with any time we have issues with our car/truck or want to purchase a new vehicle. I was in for a recall and oil change. I was kept informed and advised about other maintenance that needed to be done sometime but it wasn't at all with the idea that I had to do anything extra. As a woman, I felt I was getting logical and accurate advice rather than being leery that I was just getting the up-sale. Some dealerships might but I don't believe Riley does that.

I live in Columbia Mo. There is a Chevy dealer in my town But I bought my 2011 truck new at Riley's which in Jefferson City Mo. about 30 miles away. I take my truck back to them for normal service work [oil change etc..] Shane P. at the service desk is always very professional and great to work with. Would recommend them for sales and service. They do stand behind the sales with top notice service.

I took our 2012 Corvette Z06 in for service, after just receiving it from the person I purchased it from. I wanted Riley Chevrolet to give it a thorough inspection, and to check out a couple of service lights that were on. Shane (service advisor) and the service tech (Tyler) were outstanding - very accommodating, thorough, and understanding of our issues. We will be back, and we feel we have a great asset behind us at Riley's service department.
