Got the Truck I Wanted; Not Sure About the Price

I was pleased with our final sales associate, Isaac Rushing, and his knowledge of the Dodge Ram trucks. He quickly assessed my wants and needs and was efficient in identifying the perfect vehicle for me. He was personable, took the time to get to know me as a person, and was very friendly toward my family. Isaac seemed to be doing to his best to get things done efficiently, but the price haggler Tyrone and Finance person Sam Rushing seemed to taking a long time to get things done. A lot of information was not presented on the front end to help us make the best financial decisions, and I'm just not sure that I got the best deal for my money. The math just didn't add up when I got to the financing process exactly as I was presented in the sales process. I had to press Tyrone to show the factory pricing guaranteed to educators, and not all of the rebates I originally was quoted were listed in the financing paperwork. I was very thankful that Isaac delivered the vehicle to my home and arranged for a quick turnaround time in getting the add-on items installed on my truck, as well as a loaner car to use in the meantime. I am excited about the service options and Ram.com connection features. I also was glad to meet Mr. Furman and Mike Barrett.
