Joe Girma is amazing! He is not just a salesman; he is a salesman with a heart. He worked overtime to help us get into a bigger vehicle that could accommodate our 2 month old baby girl even though there were a few challenges. He maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire process; and that gave us confidence and peace of mind. He willingly answered all our questions and wasn't afraid to repeat himself if we didn't understand something the first time around. The financial person Daniel made everything seemed like a piece of cake. The service I received was excellent.

I always get good service here. The service desk staff are welcoming and friendly and they know my car. I had a weird noise under the hood and the service desk tech knew exactly what I was talking about. I will always bring my car here for service.

The service was great. Sean, the service consultant was friendly and very helpful - checked several times with me while I waited in the customer lounge. Answered all my questions, felt like I was the only one there. Had the same experience with the mechanic that specializes in electric cars. He sat in the car with me after it was ready and answered a lot of questions I had and gave me more information about the electronic system. Best customer service I have had from anywhere!Thanks, Kathy

Michael in service @ Rosedale Chevrolet is awesome to deal with. He trully looks out for you by explaining everything that the technition is doing to your vehical. Also he is a very good listener when you are describing what is wrong or what you need to have serviced. I change my oil every 3K and he makes sure to customize my lable to reflect the 3K.

My service advisor, Sean Pierce, provided great service and was spot-on with the time estimate he provided for scheduled maintenance and work needed to comply with a factory recall. He also explained in detail the items that I should keep an eye on and address at my next service visit. Sean was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable -- great to work with him!

Not only is the service excelllent the staff are very delightful. The service manager Chris Duffy always goes out of his way to say hello and make sure everything went well. Rosedale is a top of the line dealership and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for quality work and a dealership that stands behind their work.

Went in for an oil change, went home with a new ride. Not my first vehicle purchase from Rosedale and hopefully not my last. My salesman, Bob Schmidt happened to be in the service area went I arrived. I told him I was in the mood for a possible vehicle change and in less than an hour, the deal was done. I feel that Bob has always treated me and my friends fairly. And if I have any questions, he is always ready to take the time to answer them. Always a great experience at Rosedale Chevrolet.

I purchased a truck sat evening. 30 mins after signing I found the transmission had started to leak. I called first thing Monday morning and was told nothing can be done. My wife proceeded to call for a manager, and after numerous tries and messages, almost a week later gets a call back. He agreed fully with my wife at least he said he did and said he was going to talk to some people and get back to us the next day. Next day came and no phone call. We even commented to each other about possibly coming back in a year or two and getting a brand new Tahoe when the time was right. After all this if it's going to be the same story every time I will look somewhere else, where they can respect me and follow through with their words.

Great job by Rosedale Chev! After an accident that totaled our car, we found ourselves needing to find a replacement fairly quickly. Rosedale Chev was one of the many stops we made in our search. That is where we met Joe Ouellette from the sales team. Joe took the time to listen to what we were looking for, ask a few questions and go on a couple of test drives. When we didnt find what we were looking for, Joe told us about a relatively new GM Factory Pre-Owned program. We may have been the first customers theyve had to order a vehicle through this program! After a few days of searching this and other sites online, we came back to Rosedale Chev and found the perfect car through the Factory Program! Joe and Mark, the sales manager, worked closely with us to make sure it had the options we wanted and to get it ordered in. Joe was very patient and helpful with the many questions I kept coming back to him with. It was initially supposed to take a couple of weeks for the car to be delivered to the dealership. Joe kept us updated throughout the process and even pleasantly surprised us with a call when the car arrived after only 1 week. After another day for them to inspect and shine up the car for us, we made the trip back out there to pick up the car. Joe took us out for a test drive and made sure we were completely comfortable in it and knew how to work all of the features. After he was sure we were comfortable, we filled out the paper work and drove off as happy car owners. Rosedale Chev did a great job for us and we highly recommend them!

As usual I received terrific service @ Rosedale Chev, Rosedale MN in August led by Ray Fitzsimons. The roads in the Twin Cities are terrible with lots of construction & pot holes. I also received excellent service via a courtesy Equinox.
