Good price, pleasant staff

I recently bought a new Nissan LEAF at Morrie’s. I had an excellent experience, which was unexpected because I rarely leave a car dealership feeling that way. After shopping at several other metro dealerships I found that Morrie’s had better prices than all of them, no negotiating required. Ge, my salesman, was prompt at replying to my emails. And Pat, the GSM, was comfortable to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new Nissan.

Excellent Service, NO Pressure at all!!!

Best experience ever! I highly recommend this Morrie’s Nissan. John in service helped me with my car services and made sure I understood the work that was being done on my vehicle and the work that was recommended, there was no pressure at all. He provided the recommendations and educated me and said you decide on what you want to do. John made sure I had a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop for services. Before I came to Morrie’s Nissan in Brooklyn Park I was at Kline Nissan in Maplewood and let me tell you, I will never go back there due to their poor customer service. It does not compare to Morrie’s Nissan. Thank you John and the Morrie’s Nissan team for their excellent customer service.

Service Review

Unhappy Visited as I my car made a scratching sound when I turned my steering wheel. First appointment- Waited for an hour, car was not even looked at. I was told it is a Saturday and only one tech on duty. 2 hours later got the service director Steve to look into it. The gentleman was quick and told me the diagnosis. 2nd appointment- I brought my car in after I was called and told my insurance covers the work Left rod replacement CV boots replacement Gaskit work as well Was given a rental which my insurance paid for and came in the next day to pick it up. 3 days later, the car is still making the exact same scratching sound. I feel that the service advisers are great people. Sing, Chris and the director Steve all have been good but I am not sure what the tech has done as after $1300 dollars worth of work and so much time, my steering wheel still makes a scratching sound when turned in all the way. The paperwork says the work has a years warranty but i'm not sure if I should even invest the time in going back. Thank you

Routine maintenance

When I first arrived was immediately taken care of and service reviewed work, also showed me what problem was (issue with exhaust) and repaired. But when it was done he nowhere to b found and another service guy tcketed me out. Maybe was on his smoke break??

Kevin and mike were awesome. Kevin took the time to explain car specs as well as share his personal experiences with different models. ... Dude, he was so patient. I drove 4-5 different cars and he was totally awesome. Morries is definitely the place to go-- super easy and very comfortable experience; no pressure. Go here!!!!!! You won't regret it!!!

I bought a wonderful preowned vehicle from Mike Iverson, Mark in finance, Will R and Kevin. They made the process super easy and were a pleasure to work with. With Morrie's open inventory they were able to bring the car from another one of their locations. Mike worked very hard to get the car up to Brooklyn Park so I could test drive it. Once I was able to drive it was clear that is was the Tahoe for me, they got me the price with all the taxes and a great aftermarket warranty. I very much bought happy!!

Me and my wife were ready to replace our Pilot by another vehicle. I did extensive online search and found a Highlander with in our budget.There website is very open and shows every detail of there vehicles. The salesperson, Anthony, was very friendly and helpful. We test drove the car with him and had minor questions. Anthony introduce us to his manager, Will to discuss about trading our old car. Will is a great and very professional guy. He makes the process very smooth for us. The paper process was very long but everyone that i have dealt was very nice. I would recommend them. I had a very good experience. The moment I walked into the Morries Nissan dealership in Brooklyn Park I was greeted by Ge Thao with excellent service. Ge is so awesome!! His expertise gave me comfort in knowing that he would help me to select a car that would fit my style. I also have to mention that the deal would not have been finalized without Business Mgr Angel Gonzalez. He is awesome!! Angel was able to work with me on a payment that fit my budget. I can honestly say Ge and Angel are Godsends! I have been to other dealerships where I have had negative experiences even to the point where a finance mgr tried to take the title of my car to ensure I would come back the next day. I was horrified and it wasn't until I threatened to call the police that my title was given back. Morries Nissan in Brooklyn Park is a dealership about community, business, and integrity. This is reflective in its people who work every day to ensure that their customers are happy. Their all about building relationships so that customers will want to come back, including spreading the word to family and friends. I won't go to any other dealership, and will recommend Morries to all my family and friends. If you are looking for car without the hassle and pressure please visit Morries Nissan dealership in Brooklyn Park. Overall I walked in Friday just looking and Saturday I came back to drive off in a new car. Fast service is an understatement. Ge Thao and Angel Gonzalez were able to get me in a car that was more than what I can even dream of; so much more awesome than my first pick. Bait and switch

Avoid this dealership if you can. I called to confirm availability of a car and they told me that the car was still for sale. After driving an hour, they told me the car was sold that morning (12+ hours before) but wanted to sell me something else. Now I know why they asked me on the phone call "Are there also other cars we can show you while you are here?" They knew that one was sold and they just wanted to me in the door. BTW I still see that the car is showing as available.

Ryan you're the Best!

Last week, I didn't know what to expect when I first walked in the Morrie's Brooklyn Park Nissan dealership other than I wanted to test drive a new car. I was nicely greeted by a very kind gentleman named Ryan H. who sat me down to find out exactly what I was looking for. I told him I was thinking to purchase a new car and wanted to drive a Versa Sudan. He had a sliver one that looked very nice and was pretty much what I was looking for. It was a 4-spd manual Sudan, very cute and comfortable and the price was also great! I drove it and we sat down and talked. I decided after doing an online car search that the car and price would work for me. Also, with what Morrie's offered in the "Buy Happy" package with the free oil changes, car washes and lifetime powertrain, this was a huge factor in buying a car for me. I bought the Versa Sudan and I am So Happy to have purchased my first, in this lifetime, new car! Ryan, was a Huge factor in my buying the Versa as he knew a lot about the car features and all it had to offer plus so much more. He gets the highest grade A plus, plus, plus from me as far as a Sales person and down to earth human being! So very Helpful and kind! This really impressed me as he was so knowledgeable and not pushy at all like the other car salesman that I dealt with that same day at another dealership. Thank you Ryan! A million Times!!! I recently purchased a Subaru Crosstrek XV and am absolutely 100% pleased with the entire sales experience as well as the car. Ben Hewson was my salesman and although we were one of his first clients, that did not detract from the experience at all. Ben treated us with positive professionalism all through the buying process. If he didn't know an answer, he made sure he found it for me and responded as soon as possible. He made sure to get Tina the sales manager, involved in our sale and she was a pleasure to work with also. We appreciate her finding the car that fit our needs to a T! In fact, every member of the team from the business and finance to service as well as sales have taken every opportunity to answer questions, and move us from prospects to "pleased as punch" owners. We appreciate the no haggling approach to buying a car as well as the positive, "can-do" attitude of Ben and Tina. Ben certainly deserves kudos for his professional sales approach, and one can't help but smile with his effervescent attitude. With just a few days under our belt with the Crosstrek, we think this model with the eyesight feature is amazing. The intuitive cruise control must be experienced to give it all the credit it deserves! The added safety features even resulted in lower insurance premiums than our previous car, which was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend Morrie's and Ben and Tina for prospective buyers.

I have nothing good to say about the service department. They act as though they are going out of their way to call you back especially when you have heard nothing about your vehicle for almost a week. I wasn't offered an apology or even an excuse as to why my phone calls weren't answered. It's been two weeks and I still have no idea what they are doing to my car or when I'll get it back.

Poor Sales Management/Price Changes after deal was made!

This was my 2nd visit to this dealership with interest in a 2015 vehicle... I test drove TWO of them during my last visit. The sticker price on the one I chose to purchase, was 21,900 (or close to that) and once I filled out the credit app, etc., I was told that they made a mistake it the REAL price was 24,900. I was SHOCKED, spoke with the manager & he would not budge even after I offered 22,500 for it. The sticker ON the vehicle clearly said $21,985. I feel they should have given me the price ON the stick which was ON the vehicle I was ready to purchase ~ Instead, they let me walk out the door. I was SO disappointed & just astonished at the fact that they refused to follow through with THEIR sticker price on the car. I will NEVER go back, nor will I EVER recommend them to anybody - not even an enemy! Horrible management service! This would have been my 5th brand new vehicle at age 47 - Just amazed at the lack of customer service!!

Advertising Issues

I stopped in last night to purchase a used car and was really disappointed in the process. First the salesman who helped me seemed as though he wasn't really that interested in selling a car to me, he was really sort of short in conversation as we test drove the car he had really not many words to help push the sale of the car. Then before even test driving we looked at the car online and was told that it was a buy happy car as stated online. After inspecting the car and finding just one issue we asked if that would be repaired. He said he would think so and he would speak with his boss. After about 15 minutes he comes back and said that the car was not a buy happy car and the issue wouldn't be repaired. My problem with this is that your online advertisement showed it as a buy happy and then you tell me after I test drive it that it isn't. False advertisement! How can you advertise it as such then when I make a comment about the repair then it isn't. I was told it was an error on the web...but even though you should honor what you advertise. Anything to please the customer right! So I screen printed the original advertisement and saved it. Look back on the site today and they have changed it. I work for one of your vendors Lube Tech and thought that I would support one of my customers in my purchasing of the vehicle but due to this I will take my business to another dealer that we are associated with. You have loss a customer and I will make sure to spread the news to my team here.
