I have purchased several Subaru Foresters from Bloomington Subaru. For my most recent Forester, I had a list with the color and features I wanted and the salesman, Anatoliy Kamenov, went the extra mile to find my vehicle at an out of town dealer and bring it to Bloomington. I will be back for servicing and my next Subaru.

We purchased a Subaru Outback from Bloomington Subaru. Anatoliy Kamenov was our sales consultant and he was knowledgeable, helpful and a joy to work with. We had a million questions and he answered them with patience and expertise. We love our Outback and referred a friend to Anatoliy. Our friend bought a Forester and had the same excellent experience. We also love the dealership and their service department. We will definitely be back for our next car purchase and servicing.

Brings SHAME to the SUBARU name!

Worst place ever! I own a 2008 Subaru Legacy GT and brought my car there for regualr oil changes. The first time they screwed up and gave me regular (5w 30) oil instead of Full Synthetic. The mechanic was being a jerk and told me my car would be fine but that's beyond the point. The next few times they kept telling me I had multiple oil leaks that required attention. I took my car to my family mechanic to check this out and no oil leaks were to be found. My mechanic lifted my car up on the riser and we looked all over for an oil leak, it must've been an imaginary leak. Even the manager their will try and use your own words against you. Terrible! They really know how to treat their loyal customers like crap. Thanks for nothing.

Rude and Too Many NOs

First off, I called earlier to check on availability of a WRX and Impreza and I spoke to Anatoliy Kamenov. Just on the phone Anatoliy Kamenov's tone and attitude said it all. He was very pushy, closed minded, and didn't really care for my needs. Later that day I decided I was going to test drive a car to see if it was a fit for me. Coincidentally had him as my salesman. He was very brief, seemed like he didn't know much about the Impreza(trim level, accessories, etc). Talked to him about what I want in a car to make me happy, and he literally was a "No man" type of guy, said "No" way too many times. When I asked him, on multiple occasions, about the add ons, he told me he could add it to any Impreza "no worry". Then when we sat down I asked him again because I looked online and found out that only Limited Impreza can have NAV, remote start, push start etc. he then told us only the Limited can, and not the Premium. I asked him multiple times and he lied the whole time. He also didn't work with me much. He seemed like he didn't even want me to come back to buy a car from him. Anatoliy Kamenov was just very rude in the way he talked down to me about credit, age, and buying time. Im really shocked that a salesman like him can still be working in sales. This was a first experience at Subaru Bloomington and most likely my LAST!

This place will take care of you

So I bought a subaru from a private party and it had a hole in the subframe... I did some research and there is a open recall for 02 to 07 impreza for corroded subframe. But not for the 02 to 07 impreza wrx. So I got in contact with the service manager, lisa, and I asked her to call me in a favor, I brought it in and I got a call from David a service manager saying subaru will pay 75% of the repair. Very happy customer.

Were very impressed

We really felt bad that we didn't end up buying our vehicle here. The salesperson, Bronwyn, bent over backwards to make sure we had what we needed to make a decision. Very helpful, very personable, not much pressure. Stayed late to help us even though we showed up 15 minutes before closing. Ended up buying vehicle from a dealership closer to home as the bottom line prices were similar.
