Great people/car, but problems solving smoke smell in car.
Great people, happy with majority of experience. Would rate 5 star and 10 on NPS score except for my disappointment in one area. The car had a chemical smell to it, and i was told that it would wear off to a neutral smell. However, when it wore off, there was a very strong smell of stale cigarette smoke, and I am struggling to remove it. I have now spent money on chemical agents and an Ozone machine to solve, and am disappointed that the dealership is not taking accountability for the problem in a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. I would expect the dealership to offer to pay the cost of solving this, but this has not yet happened. -Chris Williams, 2017 Dodge Durango GT, Certified Pre-Owned.
As always, Zach was very professional and efficient! Zach goes above and beyond to serve each customer. He moves quickly through the dealership, not wasting a second ... this shows me he respects his customers timelines. Worst service ever
Would never recommend this place to anyone they made me feel as they were only trying to make more money on me putting a down payment down started at 2000 then 1300 then 450 finally i called capital one an put them on speaker phone. They started to act right after i get down the street almost home i find out the car is on empty so i call to complain .they tell me to come back up there. They put 10 dollars in my tank. An said thats what they put in used cars.after spending 20000 dollars. On a car they give you 10 dollars worth of gas terrible place i hope no-one ever gets treated like this agin would not recommend this place. Very poor staff was lied to at every turn
If only i could give u a million stars! Very helpful and patient! He made everything possible, And in my budget! He never lost his smile or positivity and was very persistant! If your looking for a new car casey is deffinantly the man to see i can not speak on other staff members because there was not one queation he did not answer!

Came in for an oul change today and was greated BY NAME by Zach.....thats pretty amazing! They are always very helpful and very upfront about what is going on with my van. Thank you for the great service and friendly welcome ...you rock zach!!!
The speed of having service completed, was to our liking. The cleanliness of the bathroom, even providing coffee was a plus.

The quickness in diagnosis and problem fixing. The service has always been top notch. From oil change writers to service writers everybody friendly and accomadating.
Staff was professional and friendly. They answered questions that I had and therefore seemed knowledgeable about cars without having to go to someone else to get the answer for me.
I am so impressed with McInerney service department. I brought my 2012 Journey in for repair.This was the first time I have had to have my car repaired. I was treated with courtesy, my car was diagnosed, Fixed and returned to me within the time frame I was given. Thank you Kev Broughton and Nick Carrara, you guys were fantastic . I plan to recommend the service department on the Facebook group Downriver and Friends. Thank you again.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING
I brought my 2010 Jeep Liberty in for body repair due to a crash that damaged the front end. The damage was covered by insurance and the adjuster came out immediately to get the fix started. I was told it would take 1-2 weeks for the repair. It took over 4, with no explanation and plenty of attitude from eh staff. when I picked up the vehicle, I immediately noticed the mismatched headlights! So the vehicle had to go back in to have it corrected. A couple months later while changing the oil (and looking for a loud rattle), I noticed the frame cross member was not bolted to the frame. It was missing 4 bolts and held in with two loose bolts. The weather also changed to hot and I found the AC had not been charged when they put it back together. I brought it back to the dealership and again was greeted with attitude and "not my fault" excuses. Once the AC was charged, that is when I found the vents inoperable, but they worked when I originally brought the vehicle in for repair. Once again, the car had to go back to have something fixed that should've been taken care of the first time. After keeping it for another week, I picked it up and drove it home, immediately noticing the brake pedal was very loose. I had to push it all the way to the floor just to get the car to stop. When I got home, I found the brake pedal assembly had not been put back together against the fire wall, missing all the nuts. I then spent the entire day going over everything the mechanic hacks had touched, finding many nuts and bolts were never tightened. A vehicle that my daughter drives on a daily basis was not only poorly repaired, but they made it unsafe! When i contacted the service manager, he laughed and said "that's why I don't work on cars". I don't find it funny at all, and I have yet to receive a call back from any of the managers. My family and I own many jeeps and Chryslers, I will continue to buy them because I like the vehicles, but I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING. Social media is a powerful tool and I plan on using it to get the truth out about how horrible this business truly is.
Amazing Service and amazing vehicles
Everyone there made me feel like it was my special day! The process was fast and fun, I was so excited to get into my jeep! The employees were all very friendly and treated me like family. I will lease from them again, that is if I don't buy this jeep outright from them. I am more than pleased with my trip to McInerney's! Thanks to everyone who helped me on Friday!
Body Shop Repair
For anyone who is in need of body repair to your vehicle-Make sure you get a time frame when your vehicle will be done. I have a vehicle that has been sitting for 3 weeks. Hopefully we will have it back in 2 more weeks. 5 weeks is a bit extreme on a $8,000 repair. I've been schooled.
Jeep Wrangler 4dr
Price was fair, process was long for a 2008 Wrangler Unlimited. Sales associate was very nice, verty helpful, although seemed hampered by upper mgt at times.
