HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
NEVER purchase a warranty from Mimi! She is incredibly rude and disrespectful! Will not return your phone calls and hates doing her job! I had to physically go up to the dealership 5 times to get her to finally do her job! Horrible customer service! I recommend you go elsewhere!!!
Went in to trade my 2011 Sonata for 2016. Gave a very reasonable trade in value and then started playing games on new car numbers. Needless to say, I choose to pick a new dealership that gave me an even better trade in on another brand and model with a lot more extras for less money. Very disappointed in their salesmanship and customer service. I do like the service department a lot and have used them exclusively for years.

2006 Hyundai Entourage Service
Feldman has been servicing my Entourage from the day that the dealership opened. The service and the service personnel have been outstanding. My only regret is that Hyundai no longer offers the Entourage. It is, bar none, the best van I have owned.

Our salesman, Ian S., was helpful in determining what we wanted and needed in a new car. We did not feel pressured to purchase a car. He found a vehicle in inventory that was equipped the way we wanted it and with a few extra bells and whistles. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase.
My Tucson needed some body shop repair work for a small bit of paint peeling on the front bumper. Ashely handled everything from beginning to end. It was flawless service. I had some questions regarding the automatic shift function, and Lavon took me out in a dealer vehicle and gave me clear concise instructions. I was able to use the shift system immediately (and comfortably) as soon as I got into my Tucson. Phenomenal service department staff!
Excellent, fast, thorough service
Great service, in and out with ease and quickness. The service writers were excellent. I was not sure what the recall was about and they took the time to explain it to me so I could better understand it. The technician did a great job and returned my inspection letting me know what future items would need attention. Overall I was very satisfied and will return here for service in the future!

I had a great experience here. I felt very relaxed and not rushed to make a decision. I was given time to talk it over with my fiancee about everything. My sales guy was Chris S and boy what a experience. He answerd all my questions and concerns and also went over all possible options. Overall a great experience hell even Jason S gets high recommendation for helping me out with the final stuff. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. When the time comes to renew my lease or buy I will be back to Feldman Hyundai.
Low-Pressure Sales Approach, Great Follow-Up
I worked with Graham C on the purchase of my 1st brand new vehicle. I knew what I wanted, but needed to go over all of the options available on what they had available in the previous model year. Graham gave me a great price on the car that I've always wanted - so much so that I didn't even bother negotiating! I opted to extend the bumper to bumper coverage, and the car was still in my price range. The Sales Manager Steven was super helpful, their follow-up was on point, they let me do an overnight test drive... these guys are great! (Shhh- I work client retention for a competing auto dealership... and I'd recommend these guys to anyone!)
The salesman, Doug, and the finance man went out of their way to make me happy.
And I was losing all hope with dealerships!
Typically buying a car from a dealership has been a painful experience for me to say the least. I finally found a place where I didnt need to try to negotiate for several hours or play any of the other old silly games all day. They were quick and very open and honest with everything. I have already recommended all my family and friends here and suggest you do the same!
Dealership service experience
The Service Representative was immediately available, friendly and knowledgeable. She provided timely information and completed the vehicle when promised. Value added - the vehicle was clean and delivered in an enclosed area (able to get in and drive out without going out in the cold weather).
I am new to the area so I didn't really know where to go when my car died on me. I found Feldman Hyundai, they aren't too far from my work. I went in and worked with Yasmin, she really helped out and looked out for my interest. Which I was nervous about, since this was the first time I bought a car on my own. I couldn't be happier, I am sure the car Yasmin sold me will last a while but when it is time for a new one, I will head to Feldman Hyundai.
