NEVER TRUST BILL FOX SALES

Sales can't read, provide inaccurate quotes, miss quote on incentives, are given a vin after test drive, play dumb & quote a lesser gray Malibu. So instead of leasing 2 Malibu s in 1 month to my family, I leased a more expensive Ford. Son leased Malibu elsewhere.pay attention to the customer. We are smarter than you think, with money to spend, but not to waste. 2 sales lost within 30 days!

The service department did a great job as always! Jason Mcguire had taken the time to find the parts to fix my 2015 Tahoe and effectively communicated with me the status. John Fox should be proud to have someone like Jason on his team

Great Service Department

Even though I live miles from the dealership, when I called, the service rep immediately assured me that he would send a tow truck to pick my car and myself up and bring me to the dealership. In fact, the tow truck showed up within 30 minutes, and the driver was very polite and friendly. Once I arrived at the dealership, the entire staff was empathic and quickly worked with me to get me into a rental car. In fact, I was given a choice of rental cars which seemed above and beyond the "Call of duty"! I received a call a couple of hours later in which the service rep told me there was a transmission issue and unfortunately, the transmission guy wouldn't be able to get to my car for about a week (this happened during the holidays, so it was quite understandable). Imagine my surprise when 2 days later I received another call stating my car was ready. Every person at that dealership, from the GM down, went above and beyond to help me out. And that's why I passed 2 other GM dealerships to come to Fox Automotive.

Great Customer Experience

I was actually looking for a car for my son and started at the Fox VW dealership. After reviewing our requirements and price points, they referred me to Fox Chevy which to me is an excellent sign of customer service. We looked at a number of models but ended up buying a new Cruze. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. My son’s old car had just been in an accident and couldn't be repaired. He was attending college and needed his car for transportation to and from school. The whole deal was put together within a day and my son was back on the road. The purchase process was painless and we are very happy with the purchase. If I ever needed a car again, I would have no hesitation about returning to Fox.

I recently purchased a Traverse from Bill Fox Chevrolet. I was extremely satisfied with the dealership. I needed to purchase a car that had a lower monthly payment than my previous vehicle and who would have thought that I could purchase a brand new vehicle for less than my old one!!! Love my New Car

I recently spent the better part of the afternoon working with John Large and in their used car department and have nothing but great things to say about Bill Fox. My old car was on it's last leg and I don't have great credit. After coming in an older model Grand Prix, that I thought was the only thing I'd be able to afford, I ended up driving away in a several years newer G6 with half the miles on it. Their sales manager and their finance Managert worked really hard to get me into a car that I could afford and I couldn't be happier. I will defiantly buy my next car from Bill Fox, although now I wont be looking for one nearly as soon!

I got my SUV from Bill Fox Chevrolet and was very pleased with the whole experience. I was planning to buy this SUV for quite some time and was constantly checking the internet for the best deal. I found the right price within my budget at Bill Fox Chevrolet through their web site and decided to test drive the car. I walked into the dealership and the salesman Curtis Roberts walked down to me and showed me the SUV. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and gave me the keys for the test drive and left us alone to check the car out. Once i was satisfied with the suv and decided to buy it he arranged the finance accommodating my situation and got me a great deal on the payments. The finance manager, Robert Shastal was equally wonderful, he laid out all the options available and let me decide on what I wanted, he wasn't pushy and was extremely helpful. The whole deal was done in less than two hours. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and this has been my best car buying experience so far.
