Went to dealership to look at used cars. Was greeted by Kathy and she really helped me make right decision for my family and budget. Not pushy but helpful and appreciate the great service!

I have bought many vehicles in my life and I can honestly say, this was unlike any… purchase I have ever made. Matt is a consummate professional, He treated me with respect, and his candor and knowledge were quite from the norm. I never felt pressured to 'make the deal'. He answered all of my questions, he was compassionate, and treated us with kindness, he was helpful, kind, caring, respectful, and informative. I could list a number of appropriate adjectives to describe Matt and how he treated us and handled the deal. Cawood should feel fortunate to have him on their sales team. My dealership went out of their way on a Saturday morning to work my vehicle into their schedule to do some maintenance… before I had to go out of town. They did a very good job and helped me get my car serviced so I could have the peace of mind to travel safely and without worry of vehicle problems. The people at Cawood were friendly (something not enough people are these days) and worked with me to find something that would work… inside my very tight budget. Everyone I met was friendly and professional. Yes it took some time but everything does. While I was waiting my salesperson shared her lunch with me, who even does that anymore. I ended up leaving to look at something else and think everything over. When I came back everyone was still just as happy to see me and offered me a great deal on my trade in. I a big supporter of shopping small and local and in this case I'm really glad I did. I got a great trade in offer, a good deal a used car, and snacks to keep me occupied during all the waiting on paperwork. Shop small I'm glad I did.
