2018 Silverado purchase experience

While looking for a new 2018 Silverado truck, Young Chevrolet impressed me from the very beginning. The salesperson, Mike Love, was very knowledgeable about the product line and thoroughly answered every question my wife and I had. He went above and beyond in determining what I was looking for and personally searched through many dealership inventories and provided me with multiple vehicles which met my requirements and price range. The reception from everybody working at Young's was always warm and inviting on each visit I made to the showroom floor. Mike made certain that I was updated every step of the way during the purchase, accessory installation and delivery of the vehicle I chose. He even took care of the Kia Sorento that was at lease end so I didn't have to drive out of my way to return it to the Kia dealership (also owned by the Young family). I am completely satisfied with my experience at Young's and with their capable staff and will not hesitate to recommend them to anybody that will stop long enough to listen to me. They have certainly won me over as a life-long customer. Thanks again!
