Not so detailed truck

I chose to have my 2016 Silverado detailed at Feldman of new Hudson taking my hard earned money that I could take Anywhere but I chose Feldman when I received my truck back there were wipe marks on dash streaks on windows loose dirt on wheels. Not what I would expect when I pay as much as I did for a truck detail and when I contacted the store manager 3 times he was busy and never returned call I have bought 5 vehicles from them over the years I guess loyalty is a one way street for them

Top notch. Ended up needing a new converter which when replaced did ultimately fix the cars sluggishness. The GM techs also discovered a bad tie did which they Replaced. The car loaner, which by the way is not a rental, is a fantastic idea as it allows me to go about my business uninterrupted, all you have to do is a little up front planning, i.e. Is generally a couple Od days advance.

They have a warm inviting environment, that makes you feel comfortable to purchase a vehicle/ lease a vehicle from them. When I had questions about the vehicle they were promptly answered. When I needed to downgrade to the base model it was no problem there was no pressure. Everything from the top of the grade model to the model I chose was explained to me and the differences between them.

Crooked Sales team

Watch out for the Sales team, they play with hidden addon fees. My lease was up and I came in a month early to check out new vehicles so I can decide when the time comes to turn in mine. The sales guy said we can pay your last payment on your lease if you want to get in something today. I asked for a 3 year lease but yet they would only offer me a 24 month lease on a Colorado The monthy price seemed high and I asked is this your rock bottom lease price with no add-ons and they said yes. I was there for 5 hours waiting to sign my new lease and I said I would just come back on Monday so the sales guys came out and said we can just get your paperwork signed and the finiacial officer will email you your copies so I said great. He rushed through the signing and I asked what all these extra charges were and he said they were just lease charges. Later that week I emailed and called multiple times but no paperwork from my sales guy so finally a week later I got a hold of the sales manager and he sent me the paperwork. As I'm going through the paperwork I see several charges abbrievated but no explaination. I finally got some answers from the sales manager on what these were. First they roled over my last month lease into my new one but they said they would pay it. Second they sold me a 36 month oil change service but I'm only leased the car for 24 months. Then I find out they also sold me an extended warrenty but again I'm only leasing the care for 24 months, well inside the factory warranty. No one expained these extra add-ons they sold me when I bought it and I'm told that the deal is final and there is nothing they can do. [non-permissible content removed] sales team!

I had to turn in my leased vehicle where I was over my mileage, they helped me by purchasing my old, leased vehicle and got me into a new Equinox. My new payment was $80 less that my previous lease, they worked very hard for me and did me a huge favor as well. Would definitely recommend. Greg Green was my sales person and he was awesome. He did the same thing for a nephew of mine, helped him get out of an over mileage lease and got him into a better used vehicle that worked well for him. Good job Feldman and team.

Feldman and GM don't warranty work/parts

Brought the car in for an oil change and mentioned that the check engine light still comes on my wives car. She brought it in for the check engine light with 8,400 mile on (bought the car new) and the sensor was replaced. It was temporarily fixed but continued to come on. She said she would mention it to the service rep when she would bring the car in for regular oil changes. Lisa says that the service rep/s always said "there is no worry, the part was just replaced." Well, I travel a lot and am away from home and need to know that she drives a safe car. Finally I was able to bring the car in myself and mentioned the problem with the check engine light. I was told that the part was defected and that my bill was $100 to replace "a defected part." Doesn't GM warranty their parts? Unfortunately when I brought the car in for an oil change there was 37,000 miles on the car (just past the 36,000 covered warranty). However, this issued was mentioned on other occasions but not logged and GM must not warranty their products. This is CRAP treatment for a loyal customer. I/we will definitely not return our vehicle back to your dealership nor recommend your service to anyone else. It is very frustrating, as a customer, to be treated like that. The service rep, Thomas, was great, but he had his rules to follow. No offence to him, just the way Feldman treats a customer...just get there money.
