Great Experience!

Mark Williams treated us like part of his family. He made vehicle purchasing feel peaceful instead of stressful. We're very pleased with our new car, and it drives like a dream. We would definitely purchase another car with Mark in the future.

Awesome Service Departments

After leasing our first CTS from another dealership, we found leasing was not the route for us to go. We found a newer model at Stanford Allen and purchased it. They have been great to deal with. Their Service Department, as well as their Express Oil & Maintenance Center is awesome. The folks at Stanford Allen treat you right! Hoping to find our next perfect vehicle on their lot in the next or two.

For service - I certainly am happy. The sales tactics when clearly outlining price and need is something to be desired. To communicate on a Friday morning what lease vehicle I need and price range, to have the cat-and-mouse activity with the sales person and sales manager on the FOLLOWING THURSDAY is just ridiculous. I don't feel that I was listened to nor does my business matter.
