Elhart Automotive, service department in Holland, MI.

I had my truck serviced at Elhart recently where I was having a vibration noise coming out of my dash and the service team worked hard to identify and resolve it. After the first visit, it seemed better but not 100% resolved. I reported back to the service department and they went back to work on it and now it has been completely resolved. I have always received great service and respect from Elhart and appreciate their teams support and follow through. Thanks team for doing an outstanding job on my truck.

Acadia bumper repair

My front bumper edge on my 2014 Acadia pops out of position. I've taken it to Elhart Collision 3 times, the last was just last week Thursday (062316). The bumper edge still pops out. I am not satisfied. This last time I paid $160 for the repair and it still is not repaired.

Elhart Collision Review

The repair work was done better than I expected for any body shop. They kept me informed of the progress and completed the work in the time period they initially estimated. The paint matched perfectly and additional work beyond the estimate was completed to make the car as good as new. The staff was very professional and friendly. The car was test driven to make sure there was no wind noise or rattles before the car was returned to me.

Run FAR FAR AWAY !

High price [violative content deleted] ! if you are a old person or a female , you are gonna get scammed ! dont like to honor warranties and are VERY slow on everthing ! you will wait like a hour for a oil change LOL.will charge you 800$ for a 150$ repair ! and if they order a part for you , they wont call to tell you its in ! you have to call them ! or if they order a plate for your car, they wont call you to tell you its in.They will find the problem with your car after the warranty is expired.

I have had my Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced several times at Elhart. I have not been satisfied with the level of service offered or repairs made. There is a loooong list of problems I have experienced there from them cutting my carpet and then telling me I would have to take in to another repair place to get it fixed. More time without my vehicle and I had to make the arrangements. Can you imagine> What kind of customer satisfaction are the satisfied with. Three times I brought my jeep in because the a "coolant sensor bad" warning kept coming on, sounding an alarm. Like I said, I brought it in three times and it was never fixed. The last time I brought it in they assured me again that the coolant sensor was fine and to eliminate the faulty warning the just cut the wire. Well, I don't know what wire they cut because the "coolant sensor bad" warning is still going strong. I am in the market for a new vehicle, and have been interested in the Pontiac Vibe but will not, under any circumstances, buy one because Elhart is also the Pontiac dealer here in town. Additionally, a handful of times after I brought my jeep in it seemed like something else would soon go wrong with my vehicle and back in it would go. Lastly, their phone greeting of "It's a great day at Elhart!" is annoying, given the run-around the customer experiences there.
