by Karl Brower on 05/03/2022My car was to have an oil change and tire rotation last evening. I sat in the Lounge with a pager waiting for the work to be completed. After some time went by, I noticed my car was parked outside, tire racks were brought inside, and nobody… in the Service Area! Why wasn’t I notified? I was fortunate that a sales person helped me to make payment and get my car keys. I was very disappointed with the service personnel.Hi Karl. Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. No point making appointment
by John Doe on 05/03/2022No point in making appointments here they do not keep them. Even once I finally got in the bay they took forever, to busy talking to each other instead of working. Took over an 1.5 hours to get a oil change.We are sorry that your service took longer than anticipated. Thank you for your feedback. by Shannon on 05/02/2022Went twice in one day for an oil change. The first time is when they opened and I sat in my car for 10 minutes and after 10 after nine I left. Second time I showed up the same day at 3 o’clock sit in my car for a half an hour and called… because didn’t know what else to do. Spoke to Krystal who by the way was very friendly and she explain to me the situation that when you are waiting it takes a half an hour for an oil change and there was a car in front of me so it was gonna be an hour . That’s when I should’ve left. But I stayed, talked to a really nice kid named Chase who had to be the bearer of bad news to tell me that the prices went up $30 for my last oil change and he really couldn’t explain why so another gentleman named Dylan refused to look at me just told Chase to tell me that because it’s inflation and I would just have to deal with it. I told Chase that I guess I’m stuck paying it. Tried calling to speak to a manager that was a joke no one answers. The confidence in this place has gone downhill but I spoke to another gentleman name KABE and he seem to know what he was doing . Very calm and very professional so all in all I’d rather go see him than any of the other people thereHi Shannon. Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. by Slow on 05/01/2022Service was very slow. One person up top taken care of both lanes. Three other guys standing around didn’t really seem to be doing a whole lot. Seems like they could’ve helped a little more once I got my car parked I sat there for a half an… hour before my oil change was complete.Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. Did not fix the issue
by Ben Callis on 04/29/2022Dropped my GMC Terrain off and they got to work on it in a timely manner which I appreciate. What I do not appreciate is telling the advisor what I need fixed and it never happened. I picked my behicle up before closing and the rattle noise… which I wanted fixed was as bad as it was when I dropped it off. I received 2 additional phone calls after she called with a price saying itd be another $120 during the day. I paid $1247 and my problem is not taken care of. I am very upset.Hi Ben. by Jeff on 04/28/2022Great dealership overall. Just took my car to the quicklube and had the option of traditional oil or synthetic. Stated i wanted traditional oil and got a bunch of sadness out of the employee like traditional oil is unsatisfactory and that… synthetic oil is the way to go. Like i was just going to do that ol oil change thing instead of the fancy stuff. Classic salesman stuff but it got annoying. I came to you for an oil change, dont try to guilt me for not biting on synthetic. 6quarts of oil was $80 when all said and done. Cant even imagine how much synthetic would have cost.Hi Jeff. When I made the appointment on your website the oil change was $59.95, when I got in the service center the service guy said it was $98.85. He helped me find my… coupons via emails and my gm points to use as I was not expecting the price to be that different. I suggest if you are going to have a price change the website gets updated first or your service center honor the price it was at the time the appointment was made, earlier that same day.Oil change

Buying Perks/Agreements taken away after Purchase
by Wayne Barnier on 04/27/2022Our $19.99 oil changes and carwashs for the lifetime of our Acadia ( that was purchased through them) was taken away, after months?? When you promise customers Perks, don't go back on those Perks! Horrible customer service...After buying… two new vehicles from them, we will be taking all our future business elsewhere! Couldn't be more disappointed in a business...Hello Wayne, because of the continued inflation in oil prices we’ve had to adjust ourselves and make some changes to our Platinum Rewards Program. We do understand how this can be frustrating but are doing our best to remain competitive in the always-changing market. Again, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment.
Fixes Even Old Cars

Oil change tire rotation

My complaint is that I generally get my tires rotated with each oil change, this time I was informed that there was a wait, so I didn’t get them rotated. I would hope they… could v CB one up with a solution if there is more than one rotation pending!
