Oil change
by Joe Corp on 06/18/2022I was just in for an oil change and tune up with plugs and wires installed. The tune up was good but the oil change was a bit disappointing. My oil percent was not changed from 9% to 100%. My tire pressure varied by 7 pounds and there were… oil spots on the inside of the motor compartment that were not wiped off and none of my fluid reservoirs were filled. I’ve been a customer for some time now, I just spent $750 for the complete service and was not happy with oil change part.Hi Joe. Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. The service dept. called me and apologized for my dissatisfaction and compensated me with a free oil change on my next visit. This was a nice gesture and I am satisfied with their concern to keep my business.

Surprise- oil change price.

Understand but seems a bit much.Hello, because of the continued inflation in oil prices we’ve had to adjust ourselves and make some changes to our pricing. We do understand how this can be frustrating but are doing our best to remain competitive in the always-changing market. Again, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment.

He always keeps me aware of the status of my truck; never have to wonder timelines or what's happening. Down to earth… and sincere about taking care of the customer... These are the reasons I drive past other GMC dealers and a good 40 minutes one way to this dealership. It's about the connection the staff makes with it's customers (caring about the customer and treating them right), and the quality of service provided. The Tech's do it right and do what's needed for the vehicle without a bunch of overcharged add-ons. The end of a Volt

Unfortunately the insurance company deemed it a complete loss not worth fixing.
