Awesome staff!
by VT on 07/18/2022I went in to get an oil change on Saturday. I had gmc rewards to redeem for my oil change and the guys were very helpful, very polite and got us in and out quickly. I wish I would’ve gotten the one guy’s name he was the one who checked us… in… he was very pleasant to work with! You can tell he enjoys his job and he makes sure the customers get nothing but exceptional customer service!!Thanks for leaving us such a wonderful review. Higher prices
by John Billbrough on 07/17/2022Always great service but $90 for an oil change is steep.Hello John, because of the continued inflation in oil prices we’ve had to adjust ourselves and make some changes to our pricing. We do understand how this can be frustrating but are doing our best to remain competitive in the always-changing market. Again, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment.

What a joke!
by Mark on 07/13/2022Simple oil change took over 2.5 hours with actual service with hood up over an hour…tech dropped a socket head into engine and lost it…replacement was also lost and was told someone “borrowed” it…no respect or conversation with staff so had… to get out and ask what is going on….cold shoulder from all…staff tried to avoid my car in fear I may ask them what was going on…This type of service has happened a few other times and also to my son that gets service there. I understand that help is hard to get…but not updating and loosing tools is not appropriate.Hi Mark. Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. As we discussed other maintenance items I wanted to have done everything was explained thoroughly. We were expecting the truck to be in their possession… for 2-3 weeks waiting for parts, but they had it up and running in a little over a week. They explained everything they did, and even let me know I had a brake light out, and changed the bulb free of charge.Hello Brent, hearing that you had an excellent experience is the best thing we could hope for! The oil trail
by Oil slick on 07/08/2022I dislike what inflation is doing. Vehicles more expensive. Insurance more expensive. Gas more expensive. Oil change more expensive. Oil from removed oil filter, and new oil all over sub structure of vehicle. Dripped all over garage floor,… under hood a mess. I cannot clean it all up. I even went through a car wash. Service needs to be more mindful of what they are leaving behind. The customer pays for shop supplies,: use a few rags and wipe up after yourselves. by rf48542 on 07/07/2022Very expensive for oil change and tire rotation. The Ford works package with 6 qts of oil is $58. What a rip off. Vehicle was a 2015 Ford F-150. Learned my lesson don’t go there for an oil Change and tire rotation.Hello, because of the continued inflation in oil prices we’ve had to adjust ourselves and make some changes to our pricing. We do understand how this can be frustrating but are doing our best to remain competitive in the always-changing market. Again, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment.

by Y did you want this review lol on 07/07/2022I don't usually do reviews but you texted me twice now asking for one. I called ahead of time and emphasized I had a duramax bus and what I needed done. They said no problem, then called the next morning and said they couldn't work on buses… and didn't know who did. All in all I was only out $20 and 4 hours of my time getting the bus where it needed to be and then back home, but it could have been avoided if they didn't say they could do it in the first place. I was going to just move on like always but ya'll demanded a review, so I guess this is it lol.Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us.
