Very speedy process. There were some communication issues at first, but only because of staff promotions and change of sales person. Everything went as planned, the salesman we ended with was very accommodating and pleasant! Was not cleaned or interior detailed after previous owner; I bought online and picked up 5 days later; car was worth dealing with that minor issue and i still had to drive 3 hours back home.

Impressive Service

Every point of contact was both easy and professional. It's obvious that the service team has worked out the physical conditions and requirements regarding customer interaction during a pandemic, and it showed. I was very impressed with the entire process, from disinfecting my vehicle upon check-in through contactless electronic payment and invoice delivery at the end.

These guys are very honest about everything. They will only do the services you ask for. In fact, in my case, they did not perform a tire rotation because they said it was not needed at this time.

Great transaction

Went in for a test drive and a trade in appraisal for the very popular Palisade. The ones on the website kept being sold while trying to set up appointments to see them. Kevin and Michael were very gracious staying late to discuss numbers. After thinking about it overnight I put a deposit on the next Palisade they had coming in approximately 9 days out and happened to be in colors I liked. The delivery was delayed unfortunately for me due to the weather but Michael was on top of keeping me updated as much as possible, even on his day off.
