Waste of 4 hours of my life
After test drive we sat down, work out a price. Signed the paperwork, and left They were getting car from another dealer, 5,days of phone call to them , I was told they could not get a yes or no from the other dealer. So I was back to zero. And they could not find a car that matched want I wanted. They came up with cars that were wrong color, or missing 2 or more options. Also salesman was not well informed on the cars many complicated options. Had no clue how many of them operated, or even knew that they were on car. They tried several other dealers, could not come close to original order. Finally I called another dealer , who found exactly the car i wanted in a few hrs. It's at a dealer far away, but they found the exact car I originally want, except it had heated rear seats. Which I didn't originally want, but not a problem. I have several acquaintances, who report the same experience. They went to a dealer in Boston, which was not convenient for them , but got a much better deal , both on trade and purchase. Never heard from any manager, That was strike 3 Never go there again, although it was only a short distance from my house.
Frame Damage on Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle
BUYER BE AWARE Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I purchased a "Certified Pre-Owned" Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of Westwood and later found out the automobile was involved in a car accident and sustained frame damage. Furthermore, the car was fixed in their collision center and re-conditioned for resale at their facility in Westwood. None of this was disclosed at the time of purchase and was later found out when a CarFax was run on the car when I was trying to trade-in at another dealership. I spent alot of time at Mercedes-Benz of Westwood to reconcile this matter and they have been less than accommodating. Most of my conversations took place with the general manager (GM) and the sales manager. This vehicle was supposed to be "Certified Pre-Owned" (NO FRAME DAMAGE is well documented in the CPO definition) and to make things more frustrating this matter has not yet been resolved almost 6 months later.
A pleasure to deal with!
Our Sales & Leasing Agent, Steve, at Mercedes-Benz of Westwood was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was able to find us a car to our exact specifications in another dealer's inventory, quoted us a leasing price that was very competetive and was quite professional in every respect in his dealings with us. We would certainly return to Westwood for our next car and I would have no concern in referring Steve to friends and business acquaintances in the market for a car.
I keep going back
I just purchased my fourth car from Mercedes of Westwood. I keep going back because they make it easy. Great prices, great people and great service.
My husband and I went in to Westwood to look some cars now that we need a bigger car for the baby. We felt ignored because it took a long time before someone asked us if we needed help. We wanted to test drive a couple of cars but the salesperson seemed annoyed that we wanted to drive more than one car. We weren't impressed by the brand or the service. I'm glad we got the Audi instead.
All they care about is getting the cars sold. After delivery, they completely ignored me. Called about a question with my distronic and my sales rep was out. The boy who answered the call had no idea what he was talking about. I'm so frustrated!!!!
From Internet Sales quote to Sales experience, to financing - thorough, attentive, professional. Thank you Corey, Vinny, Jason.
Just purchased a GLK and it was painless! You need to see Chris E., who could be the best sales person ever! He was so nice, no pressure. He wanted me to be happy with the car I purchased and even after I purchased the car, he is there for me.
Outstanding Customer Service !!
I recently upgraded my MB with the team in Westwood. At the time, I had just moved into a new home and switched companies and was completely streesed out with no time. The team at Westwood, Dennis and Desiree went above and beyond my expectations to help make the process as simple and smooth as possible. They were fantastic !
Worth the trip to Westwood
Completely transparent and professional. They are completely in tune as to how the 21st century consumer wants and expects to do business. No hard sell just an overall pleasure to deal with Roxy, Oxana & Pablo.
Top Notch service
Marc was very helpful in helping me get into my new car. The entire team made it a very easy decision to purchase through them.
I needed a new car and had an idea for what I wanted. Visited MB Westwood one morning to see what they had and met Quan D. Quan accompanied me on a test drive and ultimately helped locate my dream car. He was very respectful and is a great guy. It was very easy to agree on a price, and after Quan said they would match any other offer, so I am glad that I could purchase a car from Prime. I highly recommend this dealership. In addition to Quan, the business manager, Pablo, was very friendly and great to work with. The car is phenomenal and the additional services provided by MB Westwood (free car wash) are great perks. Thank you!
incredibly painless experience
Kudos to MB of Westwood for a wonderful buying experience! I requested price quotes on Edmunds.com. Unlike most of the other dealers, who sent e-mails asking me to come in for a test drive, the Internet Team at MB of Westwood sent me a price quote. Imagine that! Just like I asked for. The price was phenomenal. After confirming the money factor and residual for a lease, I went in that day and did all the paperwork. The other dealers are still leaving messages and e-mails asking when I can come in. If I wanted to come in, why would I ask for a price quote? Do I need them to invite me? Honestly, I don't know what they are thinking. My salesperson, S. A. (hope it's OK to give names) could not have been nicer. Professional, honest, helpful. Not at all what many car salesmen are like nowadays. Even the finance person was a pleasure. Sure, I was told about all of the aftermarket additions that could jack the price back up after I had done all the research to get down...But all I had to do was listen, and then say, "No thank you." End of story. No high pressure. I cannot say enough good things about MB of Westwood. It's worth it to me to drive out there rather than deal with people who do not treat me with respect or honesty...
Great car, great buying experience
Ronny sold me a CLS-550 one week after seeing the car for the first time. I was in the market for a 640 GC but fell in love with the CLS-550. He was the best sales guy in my experience, he treated me like a gentleman, no BS, answered all my questions, and then offered me a price I could not refuse - pretty simple - pretty unusual in my past experiences. Car, salesman, then dealership/price - this are the factors that made the purchase an easy decision for me.
Painless, Pleasant and Professional
That's how I would describe my recent leasing experience at Mercedes Benz of Westwood. I leased a new C300 through Georgina and her manager, Sean who were thoughtful, knowledgeable professionals throughout the transaction. Georgina was diligent in her search to locate a vehicle that would meet my criteria and extremely helpful while I navigated the final agreement process. Ultimately, all commitments made were honored and Georgina has continued to followup and make sure all goes well. Compared to other dealership experiences, this was a 10.
My First Benz
After a month or so of doing my "homework" on a the lease of a Mercedes C300 4MATIC, I chose Mercedes of Westwood. Most of it had to do with the attentiveness of Georgina Stavropoulos. She was very friendly and made the experience very personable. Georgina while working with Shawn, her Sales Manager, were able to get me an incredible lease deal that all my friend's are jealous of and Trish in Finance made the paperwork fast and easy also. I would absolutely recommend the whole MB of Westwood "experience" to anyone in the market for a Mercedes
Truly wonderful service
I met with a salesperson (Georgina) and she was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and went beyond to follow up with me and get me everything I needed. She made me feel comfortable and the whole process from start to finish was great. Highly recommended!
Mercedes-Benz of Westwood Sales
Our salesperson Georgia was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and quick to respond to all questions from finance to service. She spent many hours going through all details of car and continues to call to ensure we have no additional questions.
Mercedes-Benz of Westwood
I had the most incredible car-buying experience at the Mercedes-Benz of Westwood. I never ever had such enjoyable car-buying experience in all my life. From, sale representative, David S., finance department, service department, management staff, and the entire staff and team members at this dealer, I was allowed to choose my car, test drive any car that I wished, and provided me the price that I did not needed to negotiate. The price was right on target that I wanted to pay. David S. Was very easy going guy, polite, knowledgeable about Benz, BMW, and other luxury cars and provide me with best advises. He knew in and out of the Benz technical aspects. He provided technical consultation on different models of Benz. David never put me in pressure, he left me alone to make decision when I needed, left me alone to think about my purchase for as long time as I wanted, never pushed me. At all other dealers that checked on route 1, sometimes, the whole dealer staff jumped on you and pushed you. I felt I am in an interrogation room with 10 other people. In Mercedes-Benz at Westwood, no came close to me except David S.; once I purchased the car, the whole dealer came forward introduced them and provided support from service to training and so on. They took care of me just like a family member. On Saturday, I took my car for a car-wash; again, everyone greeted me just like a family member. Anyone wanted to buy a car and wanted to have the most enjoyable experience, you MUST go to Mercedes-Benz of Westwood located on route 1. They have cars at different prices where anyone can afford buying it. If you want to have an enjoyable and no pain car buying experience, just go to Mercedes-Benz of Westwood on Route 1, 425 Providence Hwy, Westwood, MA 02090.
Sales Service A+A+A+
All my calls were returned in less than one hour, my salesperson Jack was more than accommodating as were all involved from finance, service (prep of car) and even ownership. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a Mercedes, you will be treated with honesty, respect and what I considered one of the best car buy experiences I have ever had. I was literally in and out with my new car in less than 3 hours. Now that is what I call premier service!
Terrible Service; Complete Waste of Time
The Mercedes-Benz of Westwood dealership has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced; their dealers are [violative content deleted] and deceitful; their managers are unhelpful; and they do not care about their customers. I purchased (attempted to purhcase) a Mercedes-Benz C300 Sport 4-matic on 3/23/2010. The sales rep, Peter, told me that "Mercedes is telling us that an ETA for your car will be 8-10 weeks, depending if you want a 2010 or 2011." I have the quote in writing. For 2.5 months, Peter avoided phone calls and e-mails - often taking weeks to get back to me about questions pertaining to my order. Peter failed to keep me informed of my status eventually disappearing on May 24th (as of the date of this complaint, 6/17/2010, I still have not hear back from him despite e-mails and phone calls). Despite my telling him I wanted a 2011, he went ahead and had a 2010 built. But the build had not even begun until 6/2/2010, 9 weeks after I placed the order! The estimated delivery to the US for my build was now late July instead of mid-to-late May, a full FOUR MONTHS after I placed my order and TWO MONTHS longer than quoted. I spoke with Peter, another sales rep, and Peter''s manager. They offered me no compensation. No rental cars. No deals. No savings. Not even an apology or admission of error. Instead, Peter stoppd responding to e-mails and for all intents and purposes, disappeared. Service and poor communication were the only common denominator at this dealership. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was instead transferred to another sales rep. I sent this rep a detailed e-mail outlining my interactions with Peter and he said he would read them and get back to me. He did not. Typical "service" at this place. I eventually called him back a week later. He admitted he had not read his e-mails but would do so and call me back in 15 minutes. He did not. I called him back the next day and was transferred to another "manager" (who knows if it was actually a manager). The manager''s name is Chris Hardy. I told him I either want my deposit back, want a 2011 as promised, or would be willing to negotiate a price on the 2010 that I didn''t order. He simply said "so you want your deposit back?" This showed, among other things, how unwilling this dealership is to provide proper service to their customers and do anything to compensate me for the fact that I have been without a car for so long. 95% of my interactions with Peter Charlebois are in writing. Several times I asked to know my model year, VIN#, arrival date, etc. It literally took two months before Peter had an answer: and his answer was that my car would not be here for another two months!
