Fast, Easy & NO Pressure Sales

Shopping at Westborough Buick/GMC was an amazing experience. Rick Young & Scott Frederick (& Steve in service too!!!) were outstanding and made me feel right at home. I am so excited to have such a great new from this dealership and look forward to working with them in the future as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Westborough Buick/GMC. Bait and switch

I told the sales team what car I wanted and what I wanted to spend After 3 visits looking at the same car and being told a price we went in to purchase the car. Arriving there on the 3rd visit I asked to test drive the car one more time so two sales reps walked out gave me the keys and put a plate on the car. After the drive I sat down and the accountant left to get the exact price (which we had already agreed on) but I figured they were adding plate and reg. as we already discussed tax with the original price. The sales rep and accountant returned to ask what car I was purchasing? I replied the car I just test drove and you put a plate on. This is the only car I looked at on the prior visit and all the voicemails I received were about. They told me that they couldn't sell that car for that price but had a different car with twice the mileage that they could. This was the classic bait and switch. I would never go to, call or purchase a car from this dealer. They wasted at least 8 hours of my time with repeated phone calls and 3 visits talking about this car.

I traveled over 100 miles to look at a pre-owned vehicle they took in on trade. The staff there was professional and treated me and my trade fairly. I would suggest visiting there dealership if there's something you see on there website. John, Jim and Paul where great to work with

I recently purchased a GMC Sierra with Cassie Jones from Westborough Buick GMC. She was very personable and professional. The truck I wanted was not on the lot and she jumped through hoops to trade with other dealers to get me exactly what I wanted. The Operations Manager, Paulette, was also great to work with. She gave me a great deal on my trade-in and she gave me no-haggle, best offer, pricing on my truck. She beat the competition right off the bat. All in all, great experience. I look forward to servicing my vehicle with Westborough Buick GMC.

Horrible experience in trying to get our carbon monoxide issue taken care of! Our 2012 Acadia sets off the CO alarm in our house when started in the garage (garage door open with idling under 30 sec). Brought to service four times, first time was Ok, they couldnt find anything. Turns out all they did was start to the vehichle in their garage to see if their alarm went off as well as tail pipe emissions. CO issues generally are from the engine so not sure why they started there. Said they would talkk to their regional rep to see what they think. This is where it started going down hill... they said we will call you, never did. Of course we kept the vehicle outside all winter. Long sstory short, they could not find the cause or replicate the issue. We brought it home and put it into the garage, started it and cbacked it out in less than 30 sec. We put w detector in the garage, over 200ppm! it's on you tube... C

I was horrified by the way this dealer treated me. I worked with them for three weeks deciding to trade my leased car in for a new lease. They told me a specific price for the trade and a specific price for the lease. When I arrived at the dealer, they gave me a new salesman, then told me the first guy was wrong and that the price was $25 per month higher than I had been quoted. I complained, then they took me to the finance guy who told me the first two guys were wrong and the price was now $80 higher per month then the original quote. These guys have few scruples. Avoid this dealership!
