Top Notch Service

I cannot say enough about what a great Service Dept. that you have there. I am always greeted with excellent customer service. I recently had an issue that I needed addressed right before Thanksgiving. There was no service appointments available but the Service Manager offered to let me bring it in for the mechanic to look at. I believe the mechanic's name was John. He was so knowledgeable and was able to address the concern right there and let me know if it was safe to travel to NY for the holidays. I was amazed that they were able to get my car repair done within 48 hours while squeezing me in between existing appointment to ensure that I could safely visit my out of state relatives. Eric is also so kind and I know that I am in good hands if he is the one that answers the phone or takes in my vehicle. I did not purchase my Lincoln there due to the poor service in the sales dept., but due to the great service in the Service Dept., I will be looking at the dealership again for my next purchase.

My 2017 Lincoln Continental Purchase

My wife and I purchased a 2017 Lincoln Continental in September 2017 at Sentry West Lincoln in Shrewsbury, Ma . The sales consultant was Tim Colleton, who was patient, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The main reason for purchasing the Lincoln Continental was our many years of owning a Lincoln Town car (1989, 1997 and 2008 purchased at the former Acton Lincoln and Mercury dealership) and receiving reliable service. We also would like to acknowledge the great service we have received from Sentry West Lincoln on our 2008 Lincoln Town car. The combination of service, price and the great team of professionals at Sentry West Lincoln in Shrewsbury, Ma. convinced us to stay with a proven car and dealership. Lise and Harry Chase

Extremely bad service or no customer service

we bought honda odyssey from here and were told when we pick the car will be clean and when we picked it was vaccum but not clean there were dirt marks still in the trunk. Since we needed the car we taught we will clean it. Later within a week we found cd player does not work and have engine lights. For cd player we were told to buy lens cleaner which we did and it did not work. Later we had the car at there medford location. They kept the car for 5 days and within a week I found service light is on and air condition is not working and cd player was told have to talk to service manager at Shrewsburry location. More than a week we been calling and no call return from service manager. Sales manager gave the number of general manager and we call him four times and have not received call back. This place is [non-permissible content removed] and I regeret I did not see the review before buying car from here. Worst people I have ever met who are clueless of there job and only know how to trick people. Also all this is within 30 days of purchase.

Positive Shopping Experience

Overall I had a positive experience shopping for my new Mazda at this dealership. My salesperson was truly knowledgeable and shared a lot of his own personal experiences of driving a Mazda. I was impressed with his technical expertise and his ability to explain various features and specifications with ease. The pricing wasn't bad either and I was able to get a good deal after the final negotiations. I'd recommend buying a Mazda with Sentry.

Great Mazda Dealership

Sales team is excellent, courteous and helpful. No pushy sales tactics, pricing games or the usual BS you'll find at other dealerships trying to close business. Dick in Service Department and the the white-haired guy in Parts could use a few lessons in "customer service with a smile". Service has been good and responsive so far.

Very pleased with whole car-buying process

I just purchased a Mazda 3 S Grand Touring from Sentry West. I used Edmunds.com to solicit prices from area dealerships. While Sentry didn't come in as the lowest option originally, I advised their internet sales group of the other offers (would prefer to stay more local) and they matched the other offers. I visited the dealership (make an appointment if possible to avoid a short wait) and was very pleased with their staff. Derek escorted me on the test drive and was very knowledgeable of the car and its features. I decided to purchase and the rest of the experience became easier still. Finance Manager Bob did not pressure me into unwanted (by me anyways) add-ons such as paint protection and extended warranties (can always revisit extending before orig warranty runs out). I was going to settle for the 4.9 % financing from Mazda, but he actually found me a better rate! We had a bad experience at Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn with their finance group - initial paperwork had all sorts of add-ons...warranty, rust proof, paint protection....crazy....never go to Herb again! Dealership Manager was very pleasant as well. I had visited another dealership and when informing my father of this, he said, "Go to Sentry, they treated me very nicely when I bought my Mercury Sable " - I thought, "OK, old man...." - but he was correct. No hidden costs - no hassle - no add-ons - very nice car buying experience. I hope not to have to service my new Mazda very often, but I hope that their service department is as good as their sales department. Best of luck to you.
