Great Salesmen, Great Business

I bought a 2015 Volkswagen GTI SE from Chris Caputo of Foley Motorsports in December of 2017. The car was immaculate, Foley truly does care about the cleanliness of their vehicles. Chris was a great guy, very nice and helpful. After two months of owning my new car, I have only had one issue, that being the front Volkswagen badge coming off during a touch-free car wash. The badge on a Volkswagen is very sturdy and should withhold such water pressures, but unfortunately, this one did not. Upon closer inspection, the grille underneath the badge appeared to be broken as well, as if the previous owner of the vehicle had jury-rigged the badge to stay. I contacted Chris Caputo, whom told me cosmetics were not under Foley's warranty, however, he offered to cover $100 of the replacement parts, this was more than I was expecting. I'm very impressed with Foley's customer service. I love my new car, and will definitely be recommending Foley to my car buddies around town.

Great Salesmen, Great Business

Terrible vindictive car dealer

My wife and I looked at a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I placed a $1,000 deposit on the vehicle and the next day I found a newer vehicle elsewhere , my wife immediately e-mailed and I even spoke with the sales person Zee to tell him we wanted to cancel the deal. They gave my wife a difficult time on the phone . They told her that they were going to register the vehicle, but I had already informed my insurance agent not to send them any insurance packet. I had to call again and speak with the finance manager John who was very aggressive and threatened to keep my $1,000 cash deposit. I woild not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this car dealer. They leave me no choice ,but to report them to the attorney General and better business bureau.

Great used Luxury vehicles with afordable price

Foley MotorSports is my candy store for high end luxury vehicles. They have so many "candies!!" you don't know which ones to pick ?? :( But i finally found my BEEMER... Very happy with my purchase. Zareh, Sales manager is very honest and upfront with you.. He goes out of his way to please you and he works with you to meet your budget.. Also,the service is 2nd to none. I am sure i will be going to my Favorite "candy store" for my next luxury car... Thanks to Zareh and the entire Foley MotorSports team to make my buying experience a great one...

Car not there

Update. We emailed the dealership and received a call from the sales manager almost immediately. He was very apologetic and seemed very genuine with his apology. He even offered to have someone bring the car to us (1.5 hours away) to test drive it when it comes back to the lot. Although we haven't purchased anything for This dealer I am impressed by their response to the situation. I can give them 4 stars for customer service based on this response. I will update this review should we purchase a car from them

Brutally nasty staff

I had made arrangements for someone else to get my wife to physical therapy and those fell through at the absolute last second. I brushed my teeth, prayed my hair was okay, hopped into a pair of pants, threw on a shirt, and drove. A new car was needed, I hit the closest place. Due to "not being dressed like a serious buyer." I explained the situation. He looked at the car I came in (which was purchased during rougher financial times) and said point blank I couldn't afford to shop at Foley and should go to some sleazy hole in the wall.

Several issues with car after purchase

Our sales professional Zee was very nice and professional, however I would not buy a car from here ever again. I bought a used 2013 BMW X5. When I picked up the car, I noticed the pockets behind the seats had trash in them... Old ice cream wrappers to be exact. Not cool. There was old food on the floor in between the seats and writing left on the window from when the car was on the lot. Also, black smoke was pouring out of one of the exhaust pipes. The sales person said the black smoke was due to the car being recently detailed. Foley Motorsports service had told me that it had 3 new tires on it. I should have been weary because I've never heard of putting 3 new tires on a car. Tire places that I've been to in the past usually replace 2 tires (fronts or backs) or all four. Less than a month after driving the car, we had several issues with the "new" tires. Three days after we picked it up from Foley, one tire had a leak from the valve and went flat. Days later, one of the other tires had a bubble coming out of the side of it. A day after getting the car back from Foley fixing those two issues, another tire went flat and the service manager Kevin refused to fix it. He insinuated that the slice in the tire was caused by something we drove on during the day that we had the car back. We are now left paying for a new tire after barely driving our new car. I don't know where they got the tires, or if the issue is installation, but I would not recommend buying a car here. I'm left wondering if the car we bought is safe to drive, and what other issues we're going to encounter because of the work done by Foley Motorsports.

Best buying experience I have ever had. No pressure atmosphere, very engaged and knowledgeable staff. High quality vehicle at a great price. Great service and follow up. There was a cargo cover missing from the Audi A4 Avant I purchased. the staff contacted the previous owner and retrieved the part! WOW!! Above and beyond. Everyone thinks my 2009 is a 2012 or 2013. looks, feels, drives like new!! Will return without a doubt.
