New GMC 2500 HD truck

I would and have already recommended other people to go to Lance GMC Buick for their vehicles and service. Our family has purchased several vehicles from them before and found them easy to work with, knowledgeable of their product and don't tie you up with hours of paperwork. Having had other brands of cars and trucks I can say that GM vehicles have been Very good and very reliable to own and operate. Lance has had the cars,trucks and crossover suv's in stock that we were looking for and we really like having a Local dealer to work with. Thanks again to the staff at Lance

FIX MY CR FIRST TIME EVERY TIME

I have a 2007 GMC Yukon the dealer were I bought my Yukon . Couldnt fix my heater from blowing cold air . October rolled around and the problem was starting to get old fast. My Father had good luck with his dealer . I called Lance Buick GMC explaned my problem made a appointment . I live in western M.A. so I waitied for them to repair the problem , to my suprise they had my Yukon repaired in 15 minutes . GREAT JOB Thank you lance . John with the warm feet

Approximately 10 months ago I purchased a 2003 GMC Envoy from Lance. I did not purchase an extended warranty as I figured that if something broke in the first year after purchase from this dealership they would stand behind their product. Barely 10,000 miles later the fan clutch broke. I brought it back and was quoted a repair of over $800. While this upset me, I didn't have much choice in having it fixed. After giving them the OK to fix it, I looked on line and found that I could purchase the part for $139.99, I was charged $433.96. I then looked up repair directions and read reviews from car owners who had replaced this same part. I found one guy that stated he has moderate mechanical ability, as do I, and it took him 1 1/2 hours to replace the fan clutch in his driveway. Also that most of his time was spent gathering the tools he needed. At $72 per hour that would equate to $108 I paid $407.91. As bad as it was that they didn't stand behind the car they sold me, they totally ripped me off on the service charges. I would not have written this if they charged me in the $300 - $350 range but they charged over twice that. Please do not purchase or have serviced a vehicle from them or you too will be screwed over.
