This dealership is the best of the best. Excellent

I bought a 2017 Lincoln MKZ from Gervais Lincoln and I have got to say it has been one of the most positive experience I have ever had with a dealership ( I have bought many new vehicles). They treat their customers like gold before and after the sale. They are friendly, always have a loaner when you require service and always I complete the job right. When I went to test drive the vehicle I was able to drive it as long as required to make sure I was completely satisfied. There was absolutely no pressure applied and I was able to try a few different vehicles. They were very helpful in choosing the option packages and even saved me money on a hidden kickback for a moon roof that no other dealer volunteered. I am absolutely sold on this dealership. Both the sales and service are second to none

HORRIBLE SERVICE

DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE, Gervais Lincoln-Mercury in Lowell probably has the worst service center i have been to. I had purchased my car here, so i figured i would get it serviced here also< BIG MISTAKE. I brought my car there because i had a engine light going off, keep in mind since i bought the car ive had 3 coils replaced there at 325 dollars a piece. so going in there i kind of had an idea with what was wrong with my car, since it was doing the same thing it did the last 3 times. I walked in and talked to Michael Bourque, who is in charge of this worthless garage, he told me it could be 30 different things and then told me its 90 dollars to run a diagnostic test, i agreed, after an hour i was approached by another "manager" named Al he assured me the car had no problems and it didnt duplicate the error that was showing with the engine light so there was nothing they could do at the moment, i paid the 90 dollars and left. that night on my way home the car ran fine. The next day the same problem stated up, i called them back got Michael Bourque on the phone and gave me a runaround saying to bring it back again, unfortunatly i live 45 minutes from the dealership, and the car didnt seem right. he said he'd try to fit me in. frustrated i went to another dealership who looked at it and told me there was 1300 dollars worth of work that needed to be done, apparently the so called technicians at GERVAIS overlooked a little problem like water leaking into the engine block, but they still had no problem taking my 90 dollars for a diagnostic test that did nothing. i was told at the other dealership that if i kept driving it i could of blew the engine, so at that point im sitting there with a receipt from GERVAIS saying theres nothing wrong with my car while im being told otherwise at another place. I contacted GERVAIS again and got AL on the phone he kept giving me the same line, how it wasnt doing it when it was at there place, so now im paying the 1300 dollars to have the car fixed. What ever you do, never have any work done here , there arrogant, rude and they have no idea what there doing, i have no idea how this place has been in business so long
