Consistentcy at an Excellent level

I have had many cars from Baker Cadillac, my latest being my Cadillac CTS ( 2012) that I refuse to give up. I think about updating my Cadillac and I keep seeing great choices to do so but my current crush on my Black CTS has not ended. Baker services the car beautifully and they always give me a loaner and return my wonderful car clean and ready to go. So, I am sure I'll be back to replace my CTS one day but for now they are just too good keeping me happy with service that I don't have to say goodbye to my car-family member.:)

very disappointed

my name is christel Bergeron I had recently brought my 2015 Buick Encore to Baker Cadillac , to have some issues looked at by the service department. I was treated very rude,and so was my Friend that came with me. .3 times I had my problem checked, which was a situation with my Radio . The light in the background kept going on and of . I was told in so many words that I don't know what I was talking about.. I finally took my Car to Chapdelaine . They fixed the Problem right away and where very friendly. They treated me with respect .Also, I was supposed to be called from your Secretary Shelly before they fixed a minor Problem . I would not have agreed to have get it fixed knowing that is was not under warranty. I was charged $ 71.20 for a job that took less than 5 min .I had mailed a letter to the President of the Company. He did call me back and apologized for the misunderstanding. Since it was a misunderstanding from your Company I am still waiting for my Money . I expect the amount of $71.20 to be send to me. hopefully soon. If I don't see a check, I will go further with my Complain. A very disappointed Customer.

Best dealership I have experienced

From the day I purchased my CTS4 to today, when I had a warranty-covered repair, I have received timely, polite, friendly and accommodating service from Baker Cadillac. During a multipoint inspection under the Premium Care Maintenance program they found a loose wxstrip that I never would have noticed on my own. They actually do a complete review! This is why I will drive 50 miles each way to this dealership.

Can't say enough positive, fantastic comments about Baker Cadillac. Their service team chose to be part of the solution in getting my car fixed. Beyond happy. They have a new loyal customer. Leaving the dealership that is within a few miles of my home and switching to the one that is 35 min away. Amazing customer service!

It's all about how you're treated

Hands down, Baker is the best dealership I've ever done business with. This was my 2nd round with them. The first was 3 years ago and although it didn't work out, they couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with. They didn't disappoint this last time either. Consistent, courteous, professional and accommodating. In the end, I felt like I was getting a very good deal on my trade and the purchase price. From the minute I walked in, the sales guy had 4 cars for me to test drive and in less than 24 hours, I was handed the keys to my new car. He even took 30 minutes to walk me through all the tech stuff to get me started. Couldn't be happier and they made me feel like they wanted me as a customer. Even the gent I dealt with a few years earlier remembered me and came over to say hello. The sales manager (you know them) listened to what I said I expected for the numbers and didn't waste my time with the back-and-forth game. Even the finance manager (you know them too) asked if I was interested in those after-the-sale options and coverages...he didn't over-sell and was quick to get everything wrapped up. Very, very pleased.

Poor Service

I recently purchased a used car (not from Baker) and was advised by my mechanic that there was a transmission leak. I took the car into Baker and thy took over three weeks to repair the transmission. I also asked them to repair a heater problem, that they claimed they repaired but still didn't work properly, every time I would bring the car in for one problem I would get it back only to discover another one that hadn't existed before the service. This ordeal continued for nearly two months and resulted in my filing a complaint with the BBB. Baker's response was condescending and sarcastic. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. I would never considering returning to Baker Cadillac for either service or to purchase a car. They were rude and inconsiderate and their quality of service was poor.

My 2000 Cadillac was in need of service. I called Tom in the service department and was informed they could look at my car if I bring it right in. Upon arrival the service personel actually took my car right in as stated on the phone. My clunking condition was repaired in one hour by a very profesional mechanic staff. The also inspected every inch of my car for free and made additional warranty repairs free. As expected in any service department they informed me my car was in need of additional retail work. Worn brakes and alignment. But I did not expect Tom to tell me they did not need to be done right then and there. I was informed I could return at my next service and reinspect for any additional repair. WOW no pressure. I will return for service. I had the alignment done while the car was in. instead of sitting in the waiting room I was offered a ride home or to the mall. The lot attendant gave me a ride to the mall and picked me back up 1hr later. My car was back in top shape. If you are looking for the best service in this area look no further they are here in Leominster at Baker Cadillac. I will need a new Cadillac soon I wonder how the sales department treat my needs. If they are anything like the service I know it will be a pleasant no hassel purchase.
