Curry Honda - Purchase Experience A+++

My wife and my experience purchasing a new 2017 Honda CRV from Curry Honda was great! The salesman Johnny was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. There was no pressure at any point in the sales process and no price haggling. Pricing was very fair in comparison to other dealerships who had also provided online or personal quotes to me. Curry had the most in stock vehicles and variety of colors to choose from which was convenient. This dealership came highly recommended to us from several friends and we will definitely recommend them to others.

I went into Curry Honda knowing that I needed a new car, but I could not necessarily afford something brand new. Max in sales could not have been any better. From the second we walked in he was extremely friendly, and treated us with such respect. His level of respect didn't change from when I was looking at leasing a brand new car, to purchasing the cheapest car on the lot. He was 100% committed to helping us. Being so young, I also did not have any previous experience with purchasing a car through a dealership and he answered every question I had with such patience. He truly made this process so much easier than I ever expected. I cannot thank him enough for his help, and will be recommending him to everyone!!

Poor Customer Service

I recently leased a new Civic (a process I was very happy with); however, when I brought the car in for inspection my satisfaction changed. I dropped my vehicle off at 7 am on Monday, January 9th. I explained to the service associate that I had someone picking me up and that he could call me when the car was ready. He indicated that mine would be the first car in when they began inspections at 8 am. He double checked the best number to reach me at. I assumed a simple state inspection would not take more than a couple hours. When I hadn't heard from anyone by noon, I assumed they got busy and maybe hadn't gotten to my inspection yet. When I hadn't heard from anyone by 2 pm, I called. I called the service staff 13 times between 2:15 pm and 4:14 pm that day. Sometimes I reached reception, sometimes I reached the service crew. At no point could anyone tell me if my car was ready to be picked up. Apparently, only the technician who worked on my car knew that information. If the information is in the system, shouldn't any staff member be able to tell - at a minimum - that the car is done and ready for pick up or still being worked on? Several people I spoke with indicated that they would leave a message for my technician to call me back. He never did. He could not return a phone call within a two hour period. That is unacceptable. And, since I was depending on someone else to give me a ride back to the dealership, I did not want to go down there unless the car was ready. That is a waste of everyone's time. Finally, at 4:30 pm, I accepted a ride to the dealership. My car was ready when I arrived, yet I still had not received a call to tell me this. On the paperwork, it indicated that my car had been ready since 8:45 am that morning! No one had taken the time to communicate that to me - not when the car was initially ready and not after I called the dealership 13 times! I like Honda, I like our salesperson, and most of the time I am happy with the service I receive. But this is unacceptable. I am a believer in second chances, so I will give one, but if I receive poor service like this again I will be taking both my Civics somewhere else to be serviced.

Looking for a car is always difficult and I've been to a few dealerships just looking at my options. I walked into Curry Honda of Chicopee, everyone was very friendly and sincere. Christian V was the gentleman that helped me purchase my brand new Honda. Christian was very informative through the whole process answering any and all questions I may have had. It was a very comfortable atmosphere from the start to when I picked up my car where he took the time to go over all features and help me set up certain features. I would recommend Curry Honda for your next Purchase and ask for Christain.

Excellent Dealership

Recently I leased a new CRV and I had a great experience. I've always had luck with this dealership, they really try to get the best price/monthly payment for you (within reason) and trade values are fair. My recent salesman was Christian Vincelette was excellent. Although I'm familiar with Honda, the CRV has options and new technology. Christian made sure we knew how to set everything, he even set it for us right then, and showed us how to use the fancy new screen. He made sure we understood the rear camera and had us practice backing in. We were only there for a couple of hours which is great. Overall Curry is the best dealership around!

I went to Curry Honda to have some rain guards installed on my Honda Ridgeline as well as have them take a look at a problem I thought I was having with my vehicle. Brandon Morgado was the service rep I dealt with and after explaining what the noise and feel of the driving sensation he was able to determine that it was another issue but that they could take care of it at the same time as when they were installing the rain guards but it will take a while longer. He was very knowledgeable and a great pleasure to deal with. He made my experience there another reason to continue going to Curry Honda for all my needs!

It took many years of failing elsewhere but finally a great experience

I've gone through the car buying process more times than I would like to admit. I have to say that Christian Vincelette at Curry was far and away the most relaxed, knowledgeable and reasonable sales reps I've ever dealt with. He was referred to me by a neighbors, friend as obscure as that is, and I'm grateful. I did some homework on the value of my trade-in, average sale price of the car I was interested and he made it happen. Zero pressure. He took the time to explain all of the features and let me work through the pros and cons of the two models I was considering. I can't say much about the rest of the Curry team. The woman at the front desk was very nice, everyone you passed was friendly but Christian took care of everything for me from beginning to end. He called me today to see how the drive home went yesterday and let me know he would follow up routinely to see if I had any questions or concerns. It's nice that it's more about developing a long term trust and relationship versus a one off sales. If you go to Curry, ask for Christian. I know being referred by a random guy on online isn't ideal but hey I knew the person that referred me about as well. It says a lot about someone when two different complete strangers go our of their way to compliment the same car salesman. Brian W.

Honda Civic EX New Car Purchase

My 2002 Honda was in need of too many repairs and it became clear that I needed to purchase a new car. Curry Honda provided excellent service and therefore I knew that I would purchase my car from them. When I went in to schedule an appointment for my 2002 Honda, I also asked to speak with a sales rep. Troy Conlin quickly came over and asked me what I might be looking for. He then took the time (on a Friday night at about 5 p.m.) to walk me around the lot and show me Honda's that were sitting at the dealership, but the new 2016 and several 2015. I told him I would prefer a manual, and although none were on the lot he said he would look for one. The next morning I received a call that he had located one, and it could be delivered on Monday. I requested that he wait, and told him we could talk on Tuesday, once I knew what the problem with my old Honda was. Tuesday it became clear that I needed to replace the car. Troy walked me through options again, and then brought in a car from the lot, explained the many new features (that did not exist in 2002) and I was given the opportunity to test drive the car. Working with Curry Honda is a pleasure. I have had positive experiences each and every time I have had my car serviced, and this continued as I went through the process of purchasing a new vehicle. If you are looking for a new Honda, or need service on one, Curry Honda will provide excellent service with friendly people who treat you with respect. Troy Conlin, the sales rep who worked with me responded to emails and voice mails immediately. When I received the car he walked to where he had parked it, and went over details on all the features, taking time to link my cell phone so it is blue tooth enabled, showed me how to add contacts so I can speak and the number is dialed, etc. When I have had questions and returned to Curry he has come out and shown me what to do. New cars have many new features, and there is a learning curve. Troy has made me feel comfortable and respected as I ask him questions, sometimes more than once. Without question I would recommend that Curry is a great place for service and sales, and Troy is an excellent sales rep who listens to your needs, explains the choices, and does not push you to make a decision, but will tell you if you wait, the car you want may not be on the lot. In my case, I chose to purchase a 2015 and he told me there was a timeline, because the 2016s were on the lot, and this car had to go. I asked for a couple of days to make my final decision, left a deposit, and did purchase this car.

My Recent Experience

We called the dealership looking for a new 2016 Honda Pilot and we were told that they had some on the lot. We were repeat customers, we bought a Pilot from them back in 2011. We asked them if they would match a price from another dealership and they said yes because their dealership was in need for additional sales. We gave them a $500 credit card deposit and set-up an appointment. When we arrived at the dealership we were told this was the price and they would not match the price from the other dealer. When I asked if I could test drive the vehicle to make sure of my decision, the salesman said no because he didn't want any wasted miles on the vehicle if I was not definitely going to buying it. After driving 45 minutes for the appointment, it was very disappointing to see this is how they treat repeat customers. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this dealership.
