Service Manager was exceptionally rude

I brought my truck in for a problem with the brakes, they repaired it and told me it was done all good so far - I then proceeded to ask about the repair and its if it was done properly because the paperwork conflicted with a service information GM released on the problem so it doesn't return - only 2 of the must be replaced parts were replaced instead of 4 - when I attempted to talk to the Service Manager Ray he got agitated and was rude, once he got to the point where he doesn't want to work on my vehicle i decided to calmly end the conversation because we were not communicating, he was just upset. I almost made it to the showroom before he yelled at me when I was leaving to try and humiliate in front of the service staff. Very unprofessional and not the way any dealership should do buisness. I recommend never bringing your vehicle here if you are going to have a question about the repair on your vehicle and its completness.

Very Happy with recent service

Truck was brought in for an oil change and transmission fluid change and during the inspection that accompanies a service the technician noticed that the ball joints needed to be replaced despite receiving a recent inspection sticker. With less than 30,000 miles on the truck, I don't believe that safety issue would have been discovered without the technician doing a competent job. Thank you Tim and co-workers!

This is my second purchase from Bedard Brothers There sales and service team is wonderful. I would recommend anyone to stop in and see them they are friendly knowledgeable and work well with the customer to get them what they want it is so nice to have a local dealership that you can walk into and feel relaxed they are a no pressure dealership they are there just to help people. Excellent Reliable Service

I have owned Hondas since 1988 and Bedard has done my service work on them. Their service manager and others in the department have done excellent and very reliable service on my autos and currently my Ridgeline truck. Very trustworthy. I have always been treated like a valuable customer. The main reason I buy my Hondas there is because of their great service.
