Mr. John was a nice person to work with. He was kind and professional. The waiting area was clean and equipped with refreshments, if one wanted any. I would consider returning on my next oil change.

DEALER STRONG ARMS WIDOW

Went to this dealership with a client. Negotiated a deal with Russell Tavares, after I left they strong armed my client for another $600.00, the poor widow was unable to reach me and agreed to modified terms. NEVER DEAL WITH THEM.

Worst Ever Experience at a Dealer

My husband and I stopped at Courtesy Kia today. We were "greeted" by a salesman who did not introduce himself. He was tall, had a strong Boston accent and had dark, slicked back hair. He asked us if we had any questions. My husband said, "We are not sure if we want to buy a Kia, my wife just wanted to check them out." To this the salesman replied rather sarcastically "What, and you're just going to keep on driving an old Chevrolet?" First, insulting a potential customers current ride is not professional and it is totally uncalled for. We may be driving a beat up old Malibu, but our family has gotten 11 years of problem free service out of that car. My husband was a bit frustrated with the salesman and said something about his attitude. The salesman did not like what my husband had to say and after a minute the conversation ended with the salesman saying "[non-permissible content removed] then buddy and have great day" And this was said right in front of our two small children. What salesman in his right mind would curse at a customer?????? If this is the kind of service a person looking to drop 20-28 thousand dollars on a new vehicle gets within the first five minutes of being on the lot, I can't imagine what kind of service you would get if you actually bought a car. Worst experience at a car lot ever.

BEST EVER

We have dealt with many dealershipes in my life but this was by far the best ever,had a problem with the new car that was addresed in a very timely manner by the manager Dana. There honesty, with no sales pitch to deal with. Gregg our sales person came in on his day off to be sure everthing was right with our new car. Farrel also help with the sale and the problem that occured. The service personnel were very efficient and courteous in trying to resolve our problem. Courtesy Kia Auto Group is a great dealership to do business with! Thank You The Pelletier's

No honesty at Courtesy Kia

I called them to get a price quote as I already knew what I wanted and if their price was not in the ball park I was not going to waste my time going there. They quoted me a very good price, so I went to the dealership. When I got to the dealership the price went up $5700 and the sales guy said he gave me a ball park #. BIG BALL park. Anyway we finally came to terms on a price. The next question was financing. I had been pre-qualified for a low interest rate loan, but there were supposed incentives to financing through Kia. I told them if they gaurantee me in writing that I would receive the rate I qualified for the deal was theirs. They told me a qualify for a lower rate, but they won't give it to me in writing. I then spoke to the GM, who wouldn't help me and suggested I go to someone else, and when I agreed he said, "they may have a hard time finding one because now that I know you aren't buying here I am not giving this one up." A true professional.

Wonderful Dealership

I am telling everyone I know what a great dealership this is ! I started email back and forth with Danielle I told her exactly what I was looking for and she did the research for me and got back to me very quickly (which is more than I can say for the other dealership I was working with) I went there to "look" and get some ideas for a Kia Sorento, I wasn't sure if I was going to get a new or used but wanted to see them in person. When my husband and I arrived we were quickly greeted by a very friendly salesman Tony Machado . I told him I had been emailing back and forth with Danielle and wanted to come see what they had. He asked us what WE were looking for,which shocked me any other time I buy a car they TELL you what you should get . I told him basic model Sorento no bells and whistles. He answered any and all questions and concerns and he was very knowledgeable . I did not once feel pressured or forced into making any decision. The entire staff was wonderful ! Even though I was only "looking" I ended up driving off with my new 2011 Kia Sorento on the term,conditions and pricing I was looking for. I even walked out with a free turkey for thanksgiving ! I can't say enough about how well I was treated and the ease of buying a car at Courtesy Kia !

Horrible!!!

The service department doesn't seem to know what they are doing. We purchased a used car and was told it had been checked thorougly by the service department. It supposedly needed a new rear wiper motor but it was actually a wiring problem. We had also noticed the back rear latch wasn't locking and the department didn't even fix it the fist time. The tech that came out was rude and pratically excused us of lying. They wrote the service request wrong and when it seemed to work no one cared enough to call to ask what the issue was. This was our fist experience. No apologies about not fixing the problem. We went back again and once again it took a week to do work on our car and they apparently don't diagnose anything. Something doesn't work, they replace it and if it still doesn't work they then try to figute out what is wrong. We are still having an issue with our car but have decided to give up on the engine warrenty that is offered. We don't trust that they are able to fix our car. Hopefully, we won't have any engine trouble.

Read Every Thing 10 Times Over, Never Rely on Verbal Agreements

the worst, worst experience I've had with a dealership in 20 years. Absolutely the worst organized group, hours waiting time for paperwork which was continually wrong, constant trying to find the salesmen who always seem to have a "day off", wrong information relayed, etc. I would not recommend anyone buy from this dealership, you're better off going to their competitor with a list of what you want and an appointment, if you show up and its not ready, WALK AWAY! I should have done the same as I sent prepared info/questions and when I arrived, nothing was done.
