Service here was terrible!
My husband and I have pruchased over 20 new cars in our lives and this was the worst experience ever!
Repeated trips to the service department without items being resolved.
Being told we'd be called when parts or updates were received, then having to call to find out what was going on.
Being talked down to as if I were a total idiot.
Both of us being given the run around repeatedly.
A $50,000 vehicle with recurring problems that the dealer could not seem to figure out.
Or perhaps did not want to figure out.
Wasted our time on numerous occasions, only to leave the dealership and have the problem remanifest within just a couple miles.
We decided against buying a second Cadillac after this experience and will definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone!
