The Consumer Protection Division, Office of the Attorney General of Maryland has sent two letters to Nationwide Nissan on my behalf, but the dealership has ignored the mail. Just as they have ignored them showing their lack of civility and responsibility to wrong a right. I am a widow who leased a vehicle and Nationwide took advantage of my vulnerability by pressuring me to purchase unwanted services and warranty products. The lease was for 42 months,but I was charged for 48 months. The manufacture's price of the vehicle was padded by $9000. I was called by the general manager to meet since he wanted to talk as he disliked the review I wrote on Yelp. We set up a time and date and when I showed up at the appointment, the general manager was nowhere in sight. I waited 30 minutes and then left. This is a dealership with no scruples!
Exceptional Service Experience

This is my second time coming to Nationwide Nissan in Timonium to purchase a vehicle and both experiences were pleasant, but I was extremely pleased not only with my purchase but more importantly the service I received from not only Purcell, the salesman but also the Finance Manager who helped me complete my purchase. Both gentleman were extremely pleasant, informative and help speed the process up so I could get on the road with my new car! If I had to recommend a dealership to anyone for purchasing a new vehicle, Nationwide is the one! And I give Purcell and outstanding rating for his customer service and the overall satisfaction I received from my experience. I definitely will return here in the future to purchase a new vehicle. Bait and Switch
Negotiated the price for a white Nissan Versa SL and would have purchased it that night only they couldn't find the car. On the way home we got a call from the salesman that they had located the car. It was being cleaned for a customer who had changed his mind. We said we would be back over the next day. On the way to pick up the car the salesman texted us that the waiver of the freight charges, $1,000.00 was only good yesterday and not today. We would have to pay an additional grand. We said no and the salesman said his manager was firm and would not forgive the freight charges. We did not continue to the dealer. A week later we got a letter from them stating our credit had been turned down. We make a combined income in the mid-six figures, have no debt other than a minor home equity. My wife said the manager is pissed and this was his form of payback for not purchasing the Versa. I would never ever darken this doorway ever and really feel sorry for the salesperson we dealt with. This is typical behavior for a slick used car [non-permissible content removed].

Andre DeShields was very professional, and the finance dept worked diligently to find me a rate that was within my budget. The process took only a day, but I have my new car and I'm happy
Another Great Experience at Nationwide
I showed up for a 9 a.m. routine service appointment and was pleasantly greeted by Chris. Chris explained that the department was short staffed, but they would try their best to get me in and out as soon as possible. I was out the door in an hour! I can tell enough people how awesome service and staff are at Nationwide!
Free 5000 mile oil change and car wash
I told the manager I needed the car back in 40 minutes and that's what I got. He was very courteous and professional. I am very pleased.

Sandi's Most Pleasant Nissan Experience
I primarily went to the Nissan service center to have the recall work performed. I also had been having some weird problems with my IntelliKey fob. Even though the fob was in my purse and sitting right on the passenger's seat, there would be a key icon light that would flash for roughly 10 seconds when I would start the car. After completing the necessary recall work, they went to work trying to determine what the issue was with my IntelliKey. Eventually it was determined that there was not only a battery issue with the keyfob, but the car battery itself was not charging properly. I couldn't believe that they actually replaced my 2-year old battery at no charge! Thank goodness my Juke was still under warrantee!!
James was great I brought a coupon in thinking that was what the problem was and James had his technicians look at what the issue was and come to find out I didn't have to use my coupon and the issue was easily fixed. Thanks for being a true dealership and very friendly. Jennifer, James, and chris are amazing and I love way across town and I pass a lot of Nissan dealership but I drive to this dealership all the time no matter what. Keep up the great work guys!
They practically rolled the red carpet out
The instant I contacted Dave H at Nationwide Nissan I knew this was going to be a great experience. He scheduled me a VIP appointment and when I arrived the car was pulled up out front and ready when I arrived. He offered me refreshments several times while I was there. He introduced me to a sales consultant who was very helpful. Thank you to the staff at Nationwide Nissan for making my purchase so easy.
