I was offer 1 price for the payment 2 days later the price when up $50.00. 1 more years payment When I email Chris the GM he didn't repley Dar Cars is right down the street, go there

Giving up on Kia.

I had a very bad experience with my service center in New York. I’ve overlooked my past experiences with nemet and was always willing to forget the inconveniences that was bought to my attention. We had a road trip that was delayed dued to the Decision to fix a bent rim that was under roadside Coverage which took 10 hour of my time, and to make thing worse my right headlight was not working. I was suppose to leave 2am the following morning , but was force to wait to take care of the rest of the things that I couldn’t do while at nemet. . My ride to pick up my sister was not good to me because I felt the rim that was fixed still shakeing and that was at highway speed. Smh. I’m pissed. Getting close to Maryland I call my brother who call Herson kia to find out if they had my headlight and they did. The people was so nice, they took the car in right away fixed the light and just the whole staff was very welcoming .Ms Carina Arriola was a great help, she gave me information on thing I could do to get the best out of my contract for my car. Long story short I was satisfied. I wish my place was like this it ‘s always some mess I have to go Through. Nemet has really turned me off with the way they serve their customer. I still have the issue with my rim but Herson’s Kia gave me a good feeling. Keep up the good work. peace. P.s. All the money I spent for my car Nemet will never see a dime of it again.

We had a great salesperson at Herson's Pre-Owned in Rockville -- Aaron -- he made the process as easy and efficient as possible and ushered everything through smoothly for us. I'd happily recommend purchasing here and suggest asking for Aaron if you want a friendly, efficient, no-pressure salesperson to help you out. Michelle (finance manager) and Daniel were also super.

My experience with Hersons was perhaps the most pleasant auto purchase I have ever made. I found the car on your website; set up a test drive online; arrived at Hersons Pre-Owned store. Our sales consultant, Tamara, was professional, friendly and helpful. The manager Kevin M was also very professional and personable. The purchase/closing process took less than 90 minutes. The extended warranty plans were clearly explained and features/benefits/costs were shown on a very cool large flat touch screen on the desk, which showed how the warranties work and how much they cost and breadth of use. Overall I was 100% pleased with each of the three people I dealt with and will definitely consider Hersons in the future for our next car transaction. If you are reading this and considering purchasing a car I strongly recommend you visit the store on Rockville Pike and let these people help you drive away with the car you love. THANKS!

Kwesi and and Kevin were super friendly, kind, and helpful in making the car buying purchase easy. They made the process easy and quick to drive off the lot with a great certified 2015 Civic. They weren’t pushy and made financing easy. They followed up afterward to see how the car was a week after purchase too. This was my first time buying a used car and I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to help me through it. First, I want to start by thanking the General Manager, Chris Glakas, who went above and beyond to help us. Next, I want to thank our salesperson, Inmar Blanco, for making the whole buying experience a breeze and for being so helpful and knowledgeable. Lastly, I want to thank the Finance Manager, Shane Simpson, for being so courteous, patient, and wonderful through the entire finance process which is usually a very stressful thing for me. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better team of people to buy a certified used car from and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Great sales experience, problems with vehicle

I drove up to Hersons from North Carolina to buy the used vehicle I wanted. Everyone I dealt with, on the phone and in person, was friendly, helpful, and professional, including Danny, Benny, Michelle, and Shane. Unfortunately, after arriving back home in NC and taking the vehicle to my mechanic, I discovered $1000 worth of issues with the car, including dirty air filters, a low battery, uneven tire wear, and a failing window motor in the driver door. These are all issues the service department could have easily addressed before selling the vehicle. You can imagine my disappointment. Bottom Line: great sales experience, but poorly maintained vehicle.

I bought my Honda Pilot 2016 from Hersons Kia on Frederick Road, Rockville MD. My experience with these experts are awesome, I have not seen sales men, managers so nice and understanding like these people, they are out of this world. They have so much experiences in any situation, not in a hurry to answer your questions. They are talented in their given field that you feel right at home, they took you like family. Kwesi Owusu-Sampah is the best salesman ever, very gentle, very patient in answering all questions, showing me all cars and their functions. Kevin Murphy is the best sales manager, very considerate, understanding your needs, very compassionate. Christopher Adrakakos is another sales manager that I loved so much, standing in for Kevin Murphy very very nice beyond your imaginations, meeting your car needs, explaining every one of your question to the full extend of his knowledge. Benjamin Miranda very hard working salesman, not tire of serving, full of energy. All the people working at the dealership are awesome, from the salesmen to the managers, to the people that seals your contract and take your payment, very diligent in their field hardworking, explaining to you why you need warranty on your car, explaining to you step by step as you sign the documents. Bought a certified preowned Honda Civic Sport from this dealer. Staff was very corteous and friendly. My sales person Kevin and his manager Jazz worked with me to get to a price that was very reasonable. The car only had 1400 miles on it! Included free oil changes and a $100 gas card. Highly recommended.

We have purchased a car at Hersons Kia. Our first day looking for a Honda CRV, we met Josh Samm, a Sales Consultant at Herson’s. Josh was nice, patient and provided good service but we were about to give up coming back to Herson’s due to unprofessional manner of a manager. Fortunately, we got a chance to talk to Kevin Murphy, General Sales Manager and Kevin Alvarez, another Sales Consultant. They both delivered excellent and professional customer services. We worked it out, Kevin Murphy made things easier for us and the purchase went smoothly. Thank you for that! We are very happy with the car bought at Hersons Kia. Very rude dealer in KIA

I am from Korea. I arrived in U.S.A. on May 5th 2017. I am working in NIH. I had a very good image on KIA because KIA vehicles are Korea brand. I visited HERSON'S KIA on June 17th at 4~5 PM. In store, white NIRO was exhibited. I mat one man who has been working for 4 years. He is young and does not were glasses. His table was placed in the center. First, I asked him weather Corporate sponsor program(CSP) is available ( http://www.kia.com/us/en/content/other-kia-sites/corporate-sponsor-program ). CSP is finance program for Korean who has not U.S.A credit. He told me the it is first time for hime to listen this program for working during 4 years of his working. And then I asked him that what is interest rate for no credit person. His manner is jerking me around. He replied that commonly 24 % of interest rate for no credit person. I asked him the negotiable price and estimate for Bank loan. I just use NIH FCU. He told me that he did not give the negotiable price and estimate. In addition, he said to me that "Why I should tell the price. I am not sure you will buy a car or not" Very rude manner. He did not help me. Just he was kidding me and jerking me around. From him, image of KIA is so bad to me. Please teach him to be kind and helpful to customer. His manner is so bad.

Our family had an excellent experience at Herson's. We needed to get into a larger vehicle and weren't sure if the numbers could work. Thanks to Aaron, Kevin and Benny, we found a great option that meets our needs and a purchase that we can feel good about. It was no pressure - even when I left the dealership to go think through options, there was no hard sales push. Just information and support. I'd return to Herson's anyday, and we hope to soon in order to trade our second vehicle for another Honda.

Buyer beware!

Dishonest or confused, or both. Very sloppy and time-consuming process. Went in for a CPO Kia, had a very specific budget in mind. Got close to making a deal, but car sold to another customer. No big deal. Then, I was offered the same Kia NEW for only $50 over my original budget. We decided that was a good deal. Get to the dealership, and the actual price was about $100 over what I was quoted! The deal made over the phone was never run by the financing department or a manager. There was no way they could honor the salesperson's quote. They tried moving down to lesser cars to make my new increased budget. I wasn't interested. They kept trying and trying, very relentless, never listening to my needs. I finally moved on to another car, a Honda, which I didn't really want, but at this point we were ready to buy something. They offered me a new Honda at my new budget. This time, I got the offer IN WRITING (over text) and drive the hour to the dealership (third visit at this point), only to find out that, once again, the deal was never approved by anyone, just the salesperson making stuff up to get me int he door. They finally got close to our number, and I accepted. We also had an agreement for some free accessories if we bought the car. But once at the dealership, that was thrown out the window. The manager was so upset with the price at the end that he said there is no way they're giving me another dime off the car. I was asked to take it without the accessories, or walk away, seriously. Then to top it all off, I asked to have the Hersons badge removed from the car before I drove it off the lot. They took a heat gun to it, and peeled it off, along with the varnish! It's been over a week, and I have yet to have a resolution with the dealership. I spoke with the salesperson about the accessories, and he offered to let me buy them at his employee discount. I rejected that. Now, he's MIA, no calls back as promised. I'll never go back. Total waste of time. Dishonest sales tactics used to get you in the door so they can butter you up with compliments in person and then hook you with a deal that's not what you want or agreed upon. And the dealership management doesn't stand by their own salespeople's promises. Bad business. Stay away!!
