Do not buy used from BaySide

My family lives in Calvert county where bayside is located. We saw a truck that struck our eyes and decided to get more info. Low miles, good price, warranty, and a good history. Sure we'll take it! We got a warranty for 25k miles and after that it was free oil changes. So let's get started. As we bought the truck they didn't have the vehicle ready for a month, things kept popping up, they couldn't get something working blah blah blah. After a month the truck is finally ready. Ok! Let's get it. Go get the truck, runs great, lets go! After about 8 months, error codes start popping up, multiple, trouble starting, and a lot of shorty running. Call bayside and they say that it is out of their hands. We have driven over 25K miles but all of these problems appear as the warranty runs out? Ok! Go to look under the hood, and oh my Jesus. For buying a used car from a certified dealer they have sold us a truck with half the air filter system missing, one of the two batteries disconnected, and the battery is dead, antifreeze cap, and windshield fluid cap missing. This is horrible, check engine light comes on, and we decide to have a mechanic look at the truck, and we have injectors, sensors, and multiple electronic issues. After about 4 grand the truck is back to normal but all in all, DO NOT BUY USED FROM BAYSIDE

Best dealership hands down

Hands down the best dealership I have ever been to Jeff L. was my salesman he did an outstanding job at finding exactly what I was looking for. There was a wait process to get the vehicle but this was solely on another dealer that the car was coming from. While waiting Jeff kept me laughing about random subjects and most important he was a big military fan. I will definitely be returning to the dealership for another purchase. Thanks guys!

Three Times Not A Charm

I took my truck in for oil change and squealing brakes. It took them four hours, just for the to say a rock caused the squealing, and never rotated my tires. The squealing was still there when I drove it home. The second time I took it back for oil change, tire rotation, and squealing brakes, they never reset my computer for oil life on truck. Secondly, the brakes were worse when I left. They banged, and pulled o the right rear. I took it back again. They admitted they over tightened the right rear brake and loosened the left rear brake. Basically I could have had an accident, because only one brake was working, right side grabbed quickly, while left brake did not. They rode with me around the dealership, and the banging was gone. When I drove about five miles, applying the brakes, getting them warmed up, the brakes still squealed, and still do now. When I got my email from On-Star, it said my oil life was 34%. I knew right then they never updated the computer. I found screws missing from oil pan cover, and oil all over under carriage. I checked the oil level, and found it to be a half quart low. These technicians never road test the vehicle before it gets to garage to try and duplicate problem, nor do they road test vehicle to make sure all maintenance procedures and work done was correct. this dealership gives you your vehicle back, so you can drive with it unsafe, and find out that the work was never done correctly, when the dealership should road test a vehicle before giving it back to customer. Their moto is, "WE DID THE WORK, WE DON'T HAVE TO DRIVE IN IT, SO WHAT DO WE CARE IF IT ISN'T FIXED RIGHT" They get vehicle in andout quickly without any regards to the safety and well being of the customer. Three times is not a charm, because my rear brakes have yet to be fixed properly, and still squeal. It's your life they don't care about, only the money. Remember this when you go to this dearlership. They don't road test a vehicle after they work on it. You get your vehicle to see if maintenence was done right, and you could be broke down again, or even worse in an accident.
