Worst sales representives. No knowledge on what they are selling.Sales Manager is shrewd and don't know how to treat customers.Overall very bad experience.Never in my life ever visit this dealer.Sharing my worst experience with this dealer to all my friends in Whatsapp groups and they acknowledged it.
On Saturday May 14, 2016 I went to the dealer to puchase a new rx350. A salesman approach me and started talking to me about I was looking for in a vehicle. We talked a while then went out to look at a rx350. I then said if we could walk around the lot and see if anything would interest me. He said sure . Any that point he muttered something and went back into the showroom. That is the first time a new car salesman left me during the sales cycle. I looked around the lot and saw a car I would be interested in. I went back to the showroom to talk to him about it. To my surprise he was with another prospect. I waited awhile but neither he or any other sales person paid any attention to me. I left the dealer quite upset about the treatment I received. I then drove to Lexus of Rockville and bought a $60000 rx350. The dealer knows how to treat prospective buyers and I recommend them highly. I would not recommend Len Stoller Owing Mills in my experience they are horrible.
Customer service sucks
I have had 2 bad experiences in 5 months. In Dec 2015, hey did not bring my car when it was ready and everyone stood around asking me where were my keys. I said where I left them when I left the car this morning. So I spoke to the service director and he apologized and gave me a free service for next time plus a "partial detail". Fast forward to today, I go n for my free service and wash & vacuum (bc that is what he had actually circled instead of partial detail). No big deal EXCEPT when I got my car back, the inside was not clean at all. Rugs were not vacuumed, console and dashboard not wiped. They probably didn't even wash it (it was drizzling so I have no idea). I have decided that after 2 [purchases and many trips to have my car serviced, I will just have to go further away for the next service to a dealership better service department. I left a message for the service director since I left bc I was fuming. I have not heard back yet. But oh well. Cannot wait for that survey to come this time. I plan to fill it out this time.
A lot of people experience mucho stress when purchasing a vehicle. If that is happening to you, then you need to go to Len Stoler Lexus in Owings Mills, MD. These guys are a class act and they know their product. Tim Queen was my sales "professional" and that describes exactly what he is. Chad, the Sales Manager, was also extremely helpful and never once tried to "sell" the car. It was MY decision whether or not to buy/lease. They laid out all of information in front of me and gave me my options. Again, if you are looking to buy/lease, Stoler is the place to go.
Great Buying Experience
I found my used car via the internet and knew nothing about the dealership. My salesperson Daja and the entire staff were friendly and very attentive and accommodating. They went out of their way to give me a great deal (even though I wasn't purchasing a Lexus). All car sales should be this good. I will definitely consider buying from them in the future, particularly based on Daja and rest of the staff's performance. Highly recommended.
I wanted to express how happy and pleased with my recent purchase at Lenstoler Lexus. My sales rep, Daryl Smith, was my rep 10 years ago when I bought my first ES 300 and Saturday (3/12/2016) he was my rep once again for my 2014 ES 350. His professionalism as always was/is great and I always refer him to anyone looking to purchase from Lenstoler.
I received impeccable service from Barry Stoler. He did all that was in his power to match me with his star employees Ron Askew, Phil, Tim Queen and Donna Hale. They were patient, approachable, considerate and knowledgeable. Each of their customer service skills were 5 star. I would highly recommend them for their top quality professionalism. Thank you all for making the experience phenomenal.
Awesome Customer Service
I typically only write reviews when the service I have received is horrible, but in this case I have to acknowledge the great service I received on my visit to Len Stoler Owings Mills. My husband and I had been car shopping for a few weeks by the time we arrived at Len Stoler, and let me say it is true that you save the best for last. Upon arrival we were greeted by Samantha Cambridge, and from that point on she was nothing short of amazing. She made the car buying process super easy and worked with us to get into the vehicle that best fit our family's needs. Samantha, as well as her manager Armond did not look at us as another possible sale but as family that they wanted to make sure were satisfied with such a big purchase. I can not thank them enough for our RX 450, the new edition to our family!
Great Customer Service
This is my first review ever, normally I don't like to be bothered taking the time to write a review for any establishment positive or negative. In this case, Allen the General Manager and his staff are wonderful. I leased my Lexus RX 350 now two and a half years ago and have had great service. Allen always goes out of his way to make the customer happy. I will definitely continue doing business in the future!
Awesome Internet Sales Manager Sets this Dealership Apart
What I like about Len Stoler was Gemma, the Internet/BDC Manager. I had planned to buy my new Lexus at Sheehy in Annapolis about three miles from my house but Gemma really sold me on making the trek to Len Stoler. Originally, I was put in contact with her through the USAA car buying service. Through Gemma's helpful and timely email correspondence I developed rapport and trust with her. Not only did Gemma answer my questions, but she provided helpful information about aspects of the car and process that I didn't think to ask. I finally made the drive around the Baltimore beltway (in the rain on a Friday) to check out the GS350 she had emailed me about. One of the things Gemma did, was adequately describe the color of the Deep Sea Mica paint color. I trusted her expertise on this. Honestly, if it wasn't for Gemma, I would have never gone to Len Stoler. She was a breath of fresh from all of the other Lexus and Infiniti Sales Personnel I encountered during my long car search.
I had the pleasure of working with sales consultant Deja Meyers when purchasing my certified pre-owned Lexus. I am very impressed with her professionalism and patience as my wife and I went through the car buying process. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted and she took care of any concerns there may have been along the way. She stays connected to get things done!
Outstanding customer service
I initially contacted Len Stoler Lexus because it had the exact model and color I was interested in, certified pre-owned. I ultimately chose to purchase from Len Stoler Lexus because (1) they were willing to work with me to be competitive on price, and (2) sales professional Samantha Cambridge was exceptionally thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and responsive from my first phone inquiry onward throughout the whole process. I live in Arlington, VA and work in downtown DC, so the dealership was not convenient for me, but the positive experience was well worth the hike. I highly recommend Len Stoler Lexus and particularly Samantha Cambridge if you are in the market for a certified pre-owned Lexus. The car itself has a few flaws as it is pre-owned, but I am very happy with it, and the customer service was excellent. The dealership also took care of title and tags. Special thanks to dealership employee Alex, who met me at my office in DC twice -- once to pick up the car and once to bring it back -- when it had to go back to the dealership briefly for a repair that was identified at the time of sale. Also thanks to General Sales Manager Alan Kassel.
Unprofessional, No Integrity, Dishonest and Extremely Disdainful
I recently purchased a left over new 2014 Lexus IS 250 from Len Stoler and it was the worst experience ever. The sales consultant Paul Southard, new sales manager Chad Dorfman and executive sales manager Eric Schoenfeld are very unprofessional and dishonest. My vehicle was sold to me with a few blemishes with the promise of having them fixed. However, when I sent them the quote to have my car fixed, all three retracted on their promise of fixing the minor blemishes on my new car. I drove up to Maryland from Virginia Beach, VA for the deal and it was the worst mistake. Beware of this dealership, they [non-permissible content removed] and could care less about customer service or following through with taking care of you after the purchase. They were very arrogant and condescending when I asked them to fulfill the promise made to me and would not take care of it. This dealership seems to have a culture and organizational climate of dishonesty and shadiness...so purchase at your own risk...but don't be surprised when you get screwed by these unscrupulous individuals. THEY WILL NOT HONOR ANY COMMITMENTS MADE!!!!
Samantha Cambridge is the best sales consultant
"Samantha is the best car sales consultant ever!" I recently purchased a used Lexus LS 430 from Len Stoler in Owings Mills. My sales consultant was Samatha Cambridge and she is amazing. She is bar none, the best car salesperson with whom I have ever dealt. She is professional, knowledgeable, well-mannered, articulate and does everything possible to earn your business with INTEGRITY. Samantha appears to puts herself in your shoes as a purchaser and tries to anticipate your concerns and addresses them straight forth and with honestly. She is not at all pushy and does everything possible to ensure that you get a car that meets your needs and will make you happy long term. I highly recommend Samatha and suggest that you see her if you are interested in purchasing a car. Quite simply, she is the BEST!!! Thanks Samantha, I am really happy with my purchase! RA
Awful awful awful!
I should have listened to other reviewers. I spent 20 minutes inside the showroom and walking around the parking lot looking at the Lexus GL. I was never greeted or approached by a salesperson. Two employees were playing games in a cubical, one man just stood on the sales floor with his arms crossed and scowled at me, the receptionist just sat looking bored. There were no other customers in the dealership and now I see why. Would never buy from this dealership.
Purchased new ES350 at Len Stoler Lexus
Salesman Tom Bardelman made purchasing my new ES350 an excellent experience. Prior to arriving to the dealership, he was aware of the type of car, color, and optional features I wanted, and when I arrived the car was ready. We agreed on a reasonable price. Travis Wagman, Finance director gave me a great rate (previous Lexus owner) and we completed the paperwork within an hour. Sam explained and demonstrated the new features on the car. This was my 1st visit to Len Stoler Lexus. I have to admit this was my best car buying experience and the 6th car I have purchased and owned.
On 3/22/14, after being invited to this dealership by Natalie via an internet inquiry. I told Natalie that the lexus LS was on my "bucket list", but I had never drove the car or viewed it's options. When I entered the facility, no one acknowledged me. I walked around aimlessly, until I then called the phone number that was provided via e-mail, and advised someone named Taylor, that no one spoke to me. After approximately 20 minutes later, I was approached by a young black male, who seemed to render assistance. He apologized profusely and then asked me what I wanted to see. I told him I wanted to know what I needed to do to buy a car, but first wanted to do a test drive. He asked me to sign an application. I told him I didn't want my credit pulled, I just wanted to know about the LS. He told me he needed the application for ID verification and asked for my driver's license. I waited an additional 15 minutes, and he returned. His demeanor had changed, and he told me that I needed to reschedule. I asked why. He stated that he was unable to verify my identification because the computer were down and that he was not going to allow me to drive a $60,000. car without collateral. I asked him what did he mean? I had insurance, and so did his company, why couldn't I receive a test drive? He failed to answer. I told him that he had better not have run my credit report. He did not have permission, and I wanted the application back with my signature. He told me that he would have to make a copy. I told him no he was not, and took the application. I found out later he had indeed pulled my credit. I was not only humiliated and embarrassed but felt that Len Stoler discriminated against me because of my credit score. If I hit the lottery, that would be the last place I buy a car. I guess this is the new discrimination process.
RUDE, VERY RUDE
Disrespectful, very rude. The manager flipped and yelled [non-permissible content removed] at the customers. There was no argument between the salesman and customers. Apparently, the manager felt like his salesman wasted enough of his time with these customers. I was shocked to witness this. I quickly left this place because I did not want to deal with a mentally unstable general manager. Len Stoler, please investigate this case. There are other customers and salesmen witnessed this. It happened at 10/19/2013, around 11:30am.
They were very helpful, had the car I wanted [it was delivered that day] - we got all the prep and paperwork done and I [we] had a new car the day I walked in.
I went to look for a Lexus recently. I had visited six months earlier and the sales person who spoke to me at that time decided I had to work with him this time. When I requested to talk to another associate, he became offended and talked about me to the other sales person and manager. They then presented with an attitude to me. I was at first ignored by the sales person I wanted to work with and then was even insulted by the manager by being told he thought "I came in with a chip on my shoulder". I had no preconceived ideas when I visited. I just wanted to wait for a sales person who had been recommended. Len Stoler staff (with the exception of the young lady who showed me around and was new)were unprofessional and disrespectful and not worthy of my business.
Len Stoler staff lied about having the lots of 200cth in stock (they had none and have no idea when they may get another shipment) and then tried to sell me another model which I have no interest in. What a waste of my time and energy.
