I recently had an exceptional experience purchasing my 2023 Blazer RS with Jerome Nelson. I arrived at the lot with a few options in mind. In advance, each vehicle was prepared for me to test drive. While inspecting/ test driving the vehicles.. Jerome was very knowledgeable about the features and amenities of each vehicle. Despite a thorough examination of each of the vehicles I was interested in, I had not picked a winner. In true sales fashion, Jerome had been listening to the things I liked and disliked about each vehicle and asked me to test one more car. As it would turn out, this was the one that had the most features I liked and fit within the budget I set for myself. A little over a year ago, my husband and I “built” our Chevy Bolt on Chevrolet’s website. VIN #1G1FW6S06P4103301 was assigned. On September 12, 2022, we went to Heritage Chevrolet to order a car. We agreed on a price. Heritage called us within a day or two to say that they ordered our car for the factory. Afterward, for an entire year, we kept getting “no change” updates from Heritage. Finally, on September 5, 2023, nearly a year later, we were called by Heritage with the message that our car was in. We went to pick it up. When we arrived, we saw that the car was not the color we had ordered. Also, it was a different model of Bolt. And it didn’t have the packages we ordered. In fact, the car had a completely different VIN number. Heritage was all set to sell us this inferior car for the price we agreed to the year before. We refused. Heritage had a Bolt on the showroom floor in the correct color. But the manager explained that he couldn’t sell the showroom car for our price. He said that he wasn’t making any money on the showroom car as it was. He couldn’t afford to go lower. Then, the manager offered us another car if we could wait another month, but we didn’t discuss the price. We left. Had to think. When we got home, on a whim, I checked the VIN for the car we ordered last year. That car – the one we ordered a year ago - had been sold to someone else back in October, 2022 – one month after we ordered it. We had been waiting all year for a car that had been sold to someone else. The car we ordered was driving around in Rochester, NY. When Heritage called the next day, we told them that we would NOT buy a car from Heritage. They returned our security deposit two weeks later without interest. I believe Heritage dealt dishonestly with us. They strung us along for a whole year and tried to switch us up for a lesser car. I don’t want any of my friends to deal with Heritage Chevrolet. My recommendation is to steer clear of this dealership.

I watched that video daily in excitement leading up to my in person viewing/appointment. Mr. Nelson ended that video with "please give us the opportunity to earn your business."
