Love Sheehy Nissan White Marsh

Highly satisfied with my experience at Sheehy Nissan White Marsh. My husband and I went looking for another Altima, since we love our '09 so much, and needed to replace his old beat-up work car. The car we purchased from Sheehy is our new family car and the '09 is my husband's new commuter car for work. We intend to own this car for quite a while, so getting a car with low miles was the most important thing to us. Because of our desire to purchase a car with low miles, we were initially interested in purchasing a new '16, but our sales expert, Mike Graham assisted us in finalizing the purchase of a "like-new" '15 with under 10.5k miles on it. In purchasing a certified pre-owned, we were able to walk away with a beautiful special edition S-class Altima with features we weren't even considering, like remote start- amazing for the summer and wintertime! Thank you, Mike for introducing us to our new beauty and for your wonderful and professional service! James Kim, our financing expert, made sure to walk us through all the paperwork and extra details we had to go over in an extremely professional and friendly manner. He was easy to talk to and answered all of our questions and concerns. Thank you, James for your great service! The car had a few superficial damages to the paint, but they made sure to take care of them in order to make us completely satisfied and comfortable with our purchase. The touch-up was done a few days after we had taken the car home so I had to take it back in, but they had a lovely young lady named Vic from the service department drop me off back at home while the work was being done. One of the managers, Tim Kelley, even offered to have me picked back up when my car was finished. SO incredibly happy with our choice to purchase from Sheehy Nissan White Marsh. Thank you so much to ALL of the team at Sheehy (sorry if I forgot anyone or didn't know your name) for going above and beyond, proving that customer service and building a positive relationship really is the most important thing to them! I highly recommend this dealership, and when we are ready to purchase again we will definitely be returning!

The sales representative Mr. Chano King was attentive to my likes and dislikes. He stayed within my price range. I went there to purchase a Nissan 2015. I left with a 2016 Nissan. The car only had 29 miles, I highly recommend Sheey Nissan in White Marsh.

Very unhappy and dissatisfied

I went to Sheehy Nissan of White Marsh in January of 2016. I was accompanied by my brother because the car we were looking to buy (2010 Chevy Cobalt) was for him. Pros: Friendly Greetings Cons: Disorganized Staff Lack of communication Focused on the sale, not the customer No attention to detail I attempted to make this review short, but failed, due to all of the events that transpired. I implore you to read to the end of the review, as it portrays the type of customer service Sheehy Nissan of White Marsh provides to its customers. I have never received customer service as poor as that exhibited by Sheehy Nissan of White Marsh. The entire Car Buying process was completely focused on the sale of the car, and not at all on the individual buying it. As we walked into the dealership, we were greeted with smiles and , which was very reassuring to me. That, however, is is as far as the customer service went. The sales associate we had (Rebecca) was pushy and stressed out by her other sales, which made my brother and I feel very uncomfortable. Uncomfortability is not a feeling you should have when buying a car. She also had to attend to two of her other sales WHILE she was working with us. Don't get me wrong, I realize that with car dealerships, the salesman/woman makes commission off of the cars they sell, but the tasks Rebecca was performing could have easily been handled by any one of the several gentleman standing around talking about football (One of the tasks was to write a check for $25 of gas). That wasn't necessarily Rebecca's fault, but it was still very disconcerting. Tasks that can be done by someone else should be delegated in order to provide better service to your customers. We were kept in the waiting room for about an hour and a half before we decided to leave due to my brother having to go to work. We tried to leave earlier, but were convinced that we were "Next in line". Again, I get the desire to close the sale that day, but you have to listen to what your customers are saying, not just tune them out and focus on the sale. This is where I get angry. The next day, my brother went to the bank while I was at work in order to fill out the remaining paperwork for his check (He was getting financed through his bank). The bank is supposed to contact the dealership to receive a Bill Of Sale so that they can write a check for the exact amount that you need. This process should take about an hour. My brother's, however, took about three and a half. This was due to pure disorganization and sloppiness from the dealership. The Manager that the bank was attempting to contact (I believe it was Jason) was out to lunch. I can't blame someone for taking a lunch break. What I CAN blame someone for is the fact that the bank could not reach anyone that could help them with this issue! Whenever the bank would call the dealership, rather than the operator explaining that the Manager was out to lunch, the call was simply sent to voicemail. When the bank FINALLY got ahold of the Manager, they were sent the wrong Bill Of Sale. The Manager amended the document, and sent it back to the bank. Still wrong. Then a third time. Wrong. Fourth time is the charm? Nope. This back and forth is very stressful when trying to buy a car. It perfectly showcases the lack of respect and attention shown to my brother and I during this process. Finally, after all was said and done, we managed to make it to the dealership in time to buy the car. I told Jason that I was very upset, but tried to explain why as calmly as I could. We were given excellent service from that point on, but at that point it is too late. This is a car dealership, not a grocery store. People spend THOUSANDS of dollars here, and these people were treating it as though it was a joke. I know for a fact that I will not be shopping at this location again, and part of me doesn't want to shop at Sheehy at all. But, I do have to say that the online representative was very nice and attentive, so maybe it is just this store. All in all, I was very unhappy with the way our purchase was handled. If you decide to shop at a Sheehy Nissan location, especially White Marsh, do so at your own risk.

Excellent Service

Shopped online for a couple weeks looking for cars and found a nice Nissan Pathfinder at Sheehy. Called dealer and when I got there the car was pulled up front waiting for me. The salesman Jerome greeted me and showed me the vehicle. When it came time to go over the price I was excited to see there was no crazy game played. It was the same price on the internet as they offered me. Once agreed the paperwork was smooth and the Finance Manager Ed came and brought us back to his office. He went into detail on some extras they offered, but was not pushy about them. I will say I elected to go with the VIP program for it sounded like a good deal but will have to see how it pans out. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were getting the best service. The General Manager came out and thanked us for our purchase. It seemed like the really cared to have us as customers and treated us that way, not just like another number in a list of cars sold. I will recommend Sheehy to all my family and friends. If you want a great deal with no hassle check these guys out.
