My service advisor, Ken Smith has great work ethic, communication skills, and helpful on explaining to me what would be done on my car for its first service. Being a first time car owner it gave me great relief to know that it would be affordable and that it would not take as long as I thought it would. My overall experience was great.

Horrible experience. Bought a new CPO vehicle and they agreed to an oil change as part of the purchace. When we took it in, we were not in their schedule even tho an appointment was made. It then took an hour to get us a loaner vehicle which was filthy. They said the service would take 2 hours, I went to lunch in the area, and 2 hours later, I called to see if they were done. They said no, so I proceed to drive home. When I get home 30min later, I get a call that the car had been ready for us 30min ago. I’m like.... I called then and was told it wasnt ready. So already annoyed, I drive back to the service center in traffic. When I picked up the car, while sitting in traffic, I noticed a big pen mark right under the start/stop button on the white leather dash. The same blue pen that was being used by the service people when they took our car in for service! I try to get if off but without success as they let it sit for hours on the leather dash. They told me to take it back the next day, that it wouldnt be a problem to get out. Well, the next day, back at the service center, they could not get it out. I told the service manager about the problem and his response was, “you claim we did it?” I was floored! I just bought this car and they didn’t have the decency to cap a pen or wipe it off before it set, and now they are saying I did it! They then said they will call us on Monday to see what can be done. No call. Nothing. I even emailed their customer service representative about this. No response. Absolutely do not recommend this service center at all.

The sales team was fantastic! They were very attentive and kept following up and asking if I had any questions. Everyone reached out with their business card. I did reach out a few times and they got right back to me. They already scheduled my first maintenance service which is not until 2019.
Kevin and Amanda were wonderful and easy people to work with during our brand-new Discovery Sport purchase experience. I spoke to Kevin on the phone and explained to him all the specifications I need for my 7-seater discovery sport. It was wonderful to hear back from him and Amanda within a few hours that they had worked hard and got a vehicle that matched all my preferences. We got to the dealership a few hours before closing. Kevin and Amanda were still super helpful. Kevin (Sale Person) and Evelyn (Customer Financial Service Manager), stayed the whole time with us. Once we got home, we realized that our brand-new vehicle did not have coolant. We had purchased a maintenance and a vehicle pick-up service from Land Rover Bethesda. So, I knew the coolant/other fluid issues would be resolved fast. Next day, we called service, but they insisted that we had to talk to Kevin for our vehicle pick-up. We got with Kevin though the whole process took about 2 weeks for our issue to be resolved. Evelyn, apologized for the inconvenience we experienced, provided as with a loaner car, plus our vehicle pick up service from our home. She did an awesome job and honestly keeps her word. It’s our recommendation that management should give her a promotion.
Sales experience is awful. Service experience after awful. There is nothing positive to say about this dealership. You would think luxury car a luxurious experience. Dishonest, extremely bad customer service. Dont buy a car here
Though I was buying a car from Hunt Valley Mercedes. Which they own. LR Bethesda did this:On December 30, 2017 I agreed to a deal to purchase a GLE 43 from Mercedes Benz of Hunt Valley ( Deal w/email confirmation attached). Bryan Stack, the salesman confirmed the deal by email, phone, and verbally in person. All of this was done multiple times. After arriving to pick up the car on January 1, 2018 the agreed upon day Mr. Stack even confirmed the deal again verbally, at his desk with the value of my trade of $45,000. After walking around the car we again went back to Mr. Stack's desk. At this time he said everything is a go, and he will bring back the final paperwork. About 20 min later he came and said the Land Rover Bethesda Dealership offered less on my trade, and that was the value they would use, instead of my agreed upon value. Land Rover is a different manufacturer with a different license and address. They illegally shared my private information. I never physically visited the Land Rover Bethesda Dealership and they did not see, inspect or drive the car. Mercedes and Land Rover did not protect my privacy

The Land Rover Dealer worked very hard to gain my business. Other similar dealers in the area did not do the same, and thus did not get my business. Both the sales person, and sales manager formed a great team to seal the deal!
I waited 2 1/2 hours until I was able to sit in someone's office to purchase a car where I already had a bank check but needed to sign appropriate documents. Vin numbers were wrong between vechicle I was told I was buying and one I actually bought( of course , the latter being more expensive) this caused an issue. Car was prepped in perfect order but was not shown to me in the entirety I would have expected. It seemed like a lot of very nice people doing nothing. The Manager Amanda saved the day. Had it not been for her I would have walk away and bought my 4th Range Rover somewhere else.
